Schedule appointments with multiple clients for team, or small group training.

With the new Beta Appointments feature, it would be nice to add the ability to schedule appointments with multiple clients for the same day/time. Currently, you can only schedule one appointment with one client at a time. But if I want to schedule an appointment for 2 sisters who both train together at the same time with me, I can't add them both.

Perhaps another idea is to allow appointments to be scheduled for groups and not just individuals, so that if I have more than one person training with me at a particular time, I can see that reflected on my appointment.

    Being able to have a small group session in the scheduling part of the app

    I sometimes have more than one client that need to book the same time slot when I train couples. I’d like to put the appointment in both clients calendars so they have a reminder. It currently won’t let you because the time slot is already booked. Just put a pop up box that it interferes with another appointment but give an option to proceed anyways.

    I definitely need this to continue using Trainerize as I am opening up my own semi-private coaching studio where I deliver individualized programs to groups of 8. It makes sense to use an all-in-one platform which can handle bookings and payment too.

    Otherwise TeamBuildr is built for group training :(

    Definitely needed. A necessity. Please amend and allow more than one person bookings ASAP.

    Yes! This is an absolute necessity. I don’t know ANY trainers who don’t do small group training. I purchased this app and have waisted money customizing it to realize that I can’t add more than one client to the same appointment......group training is the majority of what I do! I will be switching to a different app if this isn’t added fairly quickly.

    This would be huge. Group training is probably the most effective strategy with this type of platform and it should always be top of mind during development.

    Book two or multiple clients for the same time slot in the appointment calendar per trainer, currently only one appt can be booked at a time.

    i have been using another app to schedule and bill clients because i cannot add people into a group training session. please hurry up and make this an option because the app cannot schedule group training sessions.
    clearly this is an issue that many people are having. just allow us to add multiple people at one time into the calendar.

    It would be great to have small group classes with the following features:
    1. Clients(who have paid) can book classes online through the app.
    2. Have a option for clients to purchases a number of classes and have them count down each class they take(digital punchcard)

    This would allow me to move my studios entire business to trainerize without using a second scheduling software.

    Hello,
    I would like to give a suggestion on appointments.

    I run group trainings, small group trainings, and personal trainings. I need to be able to send reoccurring appointment reminders for multiple clients. Many of those clients are within the same hour. The way the scheduling is set up now through the app only allows one client within a 30 min window. If we can get this sorted, that would be amazing!!!!!!

    OH! One more thing. The duration in which the reminders are sent out. right now it only runs for 16 weeks. I have clients who have been with me over a year. Can we get it to run for the whole year?
