looping video for custom exercise
Right now, the looping format is only for Trainerize videos. Make it also available for custom videos.

Hi everyone,
Thank you for your great suggestion! We are excited to announce that this is feature is coming to Trainerize! We'll post further updates here as our teams pick it up to work on it.
Please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thank you!

This is the #1 missing link in Trainerize
We should be promoting ourselves. Not tz trainers

The voice used is not motivating or personal, so I would really really love to be able to use my own voice for countdowns as well as voiceover. It would also be really helpful if all videos (including my own videos that I upload) could be on a loop for interval workouts. Thank you so much!

I hope this will be a priority for the developers in near future.
Since Trainerize added the Loop function for their videos, we also lost the function of watching our custom videos in the small window on top of the Instructions & History tabs. Clients can only watch the custom videos by tapping the "Full video" button, which makes it impossible to read the Written Instructions and Watch the Video Demonstration at the same time to better understand what they're supposed to do.
If the function works with the Trainerize videos, it should also work for our Custom Videos. Having the ability to upload custom videos, but not having the same functions as the Trainerize branded videos is really not fair. And as someone here explained, we coaches are using Trainerize to offer a personalized coaching experience to our customers.
If I am paying for a Custom Branded App with my brand name on it, then I really want to use my own custom videos to have a completely custom product.

I thought the idea of trainerize was to create a platform for trainers to coach their clients.
This core concept appears to be forgotten about when your app updates continually preference the use of trainerize staff/videos.Clients DO NOT CARE about mr and mrs trainerize.
They WANT to see their coach who they are paying to help them!I would have thought this was obvious yet there are many updates that clearly show this is not a preference for the platform.
Rather than continually placing preference on your trainerize videos, habits, etc.
It would be smart to start placing preference on providing features that allow trainers to offer a better experience to their clients. This thread is a clear example!
Update features such as adding custom thumbnails, selecting a looping video track so trainers can actually use this feature for their clients, and do something about the terrible voice over changes for custom videos.Same goes for habits. No one cares to hear some random dude telling them about water intake or sleep habits. They want to hear it from their coach who they are paying.
So update features that allow trainers to customize habits with their videos, custom icons etc.If you want to claim trainerize is the best way to engage and manage clients while building a brand and business. Start placing preference on feature updates that allow trainers to do this.
I think most trainers would appreciate if your feature updates allowed THEM to offer more to their clients more and provide a better service.
Trainerize limits how personal a coach can be with their clients which is not creating the kind of product/app it likes to market itself as.

Make all uploaded videos to be able to play on a short loop. Be able to trim the video so that their is just a demo piece. Also have a button with the instructional video that is the actual longer version so they can stop and watch and learn

So when do we get notified if this becomes a reality ?

Dear Sir/Madam, I specialize in Kettlebells and I have a bunch of videos I would like to upload, but my video's do not play automatically during the workout. So the client has to stop, watch the video, and then click continue. Is there a way for my videos to be presented with more fluidity? Thank you.

This platform called Treadapp has a free workout builder that loops the videos for interval workouts.
Trainerize is a brilliant platform but do check this builder : dashboard.treadapp.co

This is necessary. It's the biggest complaint from my clients. It totally disrupts the workout to have to stop and manually play every custom video. Please, please fix this!

This needs to be done asap as interval workouts are completely pointless without being able to flow with looping videos. Won't be able to justify keeping my subscription if it isn't possible.

I’m having to do so many work arounds for my clients because they can’t see the videos looped. Most are just beginning to exercise and want to see the video playing...and ultimately stop performing the exercise just to play the video again.
Please update this ASAP! No one is paying me for the trainerize guy...they’re paying to see me train them.
