Auto-progress workouts to make them harder as clients track them.
Save trainers time instead of having to manually progress workouts by hand. The AI should adjust weight overload based on client feedback on how hard the exercise is.
It is really time consuming to manually ask how hard a workout is and adjust weights and all. I wish this would be automatically done.
Have the app be able to suggest weights automatically and progressive overload rather than the coach having to do it manually.

Customer wants this function:
Training clients first day has set and reps set for them, but not weight. Client inputs weight they are able to do which acts as an indicator to the trainer as to their strength and ability. Trainer can then go in to their progressions setting for the program and use that data to create a proper progression that is personalized to the clients ability.
A quick fix would be having pre logged workouts show up on the progressions pop up box, which does not currently happen.
