Automatic Generation of Workout Programs by AI
Let trainers be able to choose from a drop-down category the type of client they were targeting (example: Weight Loss), choose the phase level, choose the type of equipment available, choose the duration and frequency of the program (1-3 months), and pick the days that the client would be working out on.
From here, all the trainer would have to do was click a button that says "Create Program" and automatically a training program would be generated.
They were also able to edit the exercises. Example: delete, change the volume, change or add an exercise, without having to re-create a program.
This was an amazing feature and time cruncher when it came to exercise program design that could be created within 5-10 minutes instead of 2-3 hours.
Creating a training program is super time intensive. If there was a way to ask a bunch of questions at the beginning like max bench, max squat, initial sets of reps, what equipment , and the system can generate the appropriate program.
As the client does the program, it readjusts reps/weight etc.
It will save the trainer a bunch of time having and just focus on coaching and motivation.
