Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Faster way to view client food logs like a weekly meals view

    Trying to view each nutrition log takes forever. Right now you have to open up a persons profile individually, then click calendar, and then you can see.

    It would help if there was a way to either have the system automatically send a quick link or snap shot daily in the private message or when you click on private message they should put a Botton at the top where the archive is that allows you to view the food log quickly then go back.

  2. Show weekly/monthly calories / macro averages in nutrition graph

    I would love to be able to adjust the nutrition graph overview by date range and view overall averages of each metric (macros/calories). This would be super helpful to have a clearer picture of whether our clients are tracking and hitting their goals effectively through each week.

    For example, if I want to see a client's nutrition data for 1 week, I should be able to set date ranges (i.e. 5/10/2020 - 5/16/2020) and see their daily numbers but also see the averages as well.

  3. Allow In-App Meal Tracker To Scan PDF Barcode to Import Nutrition Details

    I currently have my recipes on PDF with a MFP barcode at the bottom left corner of the recipe that can be scanned by the client to import all nutritional info into the tracker. I’m in the process of migrating all my clients over to Trainerize Studio and I’d love to be able to do away with MFP and keep the clients within the environment of our platform.

  4. Track alcohol intake

    Track alcohol intake either manually or giving the client the ability to select their drink from a list and the quantity.

    Also, create a drink if not in the list

  5. Ability to comment on every meal instead of entire day entry

    Allow user to comment per meal added and not for entire day only. In this way trainer and client can discuss particular meal rather then comments getting lost in a thread of comment of entire day.

  7. Have option to not show macros for clients with Smart Meal Plan

    Not all clients want to see macro goals and how close/far away they are to reaching it. This can be triggering for some. Having the option to enable/disable the macro goal when it comes to using the Smart Meal Plan feature would be helpful.

    Be able to view all of your clients meals on one page.

    Scrolling from day to day to analyze is a big waste of time.

  10. Built-in meal plan generator/builder that gives meal plan with recipes and shopping list

    You pick a certain diet for them and from there can be a library of recipes to pick from like the workouts but for food. Then be able to swap out foods or change parts of their meal plan directly in Trainerize.

    Something like myPTHub or evolution nutrition. Keep everything under one roof.

    This should be viewable on the calendar without having to download an old-school PDF.

    When looking at the calorie chart over a given time it would be incredibly powerful to visually show the weight metric overlayed the course of the same time period.

  12. Adding the ability to layer multiple diets. ie. keto and antiinflammatory

    Adding the ability to layer multiple diets for searching and utilizing. for example... ie. adding a low FOD map diet, antiinflammatory diet and keto diet all simultaneously to really hammer down on someones nutrition. I do DNA testing and it is truly essential that customization is able to be done. along with which, changing inherently the recipe cards

  13. supplement prescribing/tracking and resell/affiliate purchasing.

    hoping I didn't miss something as im new but Having the ability to prescribe via linked store with tracking would be nice as with food nutrient density going down its become nearly mandatory to prescribe supplements just to support standard processes. Affiliate marketing. would be very nice too. and if either of these are already integrated making them more trainer facing and easier to use

  15. Calorie Banking

    Calorie banking option for clients so that they can have higher and lower calorie days throughout the week, but still make progress.

    This would allow clients to have more flexibility with their diet. But also manage it better. A fantastic example is Carbon Diet coach

  17. Nutrition Macro rings to show remaining as one logs food

    Change Marco rings to show remaining to eat that day.
    Currently the Meal tracker/Nutrition goals fill in as you log food, (NICE) but continue to display the day's goal, rather than how much more is needed (or not!) for the day. Say if I need to eat 100 g of Protein, and I have eaten 55g, then the center number changes to the 45g MORE that I need for the day.

  18. Smaller variance in nutrition accountability

    I love the added ability to change the “variance” for nutrition accountability. However, it seems the steps in variance are quite large. From 10% up to as much as 100% in 10% increments. Just a suggestion, I feel as though 5% up to 50% variance with 5% increments would be more applicable. Just my thoughts/ feedback.

  19. Meal Plan tab was updated and now it is not as seem less to add Evolution Nutrition Meal Plan.

    I wanted to let you all know as someone who has used this platform for years the new changes to the Evaluation Nutrition integration are ridiculous. We have 3 additional steps to updated a clients meal plan than we did before and this seems quite crazy that you all would make a changes that is harder on your coaches/clients.

  20. To be able to choose different days for clients to track calories instead of every day

    To be able to choose what days a client has calorie targets. I have many clients who DO NOT track every day. From what I can see you cannot choose a number of days/certain days to have calorie targets
