When previewing meals, user can see grams being translated into Oz, or vice versa, but cups always remain as cups and are not transformed into grams.

Weekly Calorie and Protein Average calculated based on days tracked
I use a google sheet to calculate the weekly average for the clients because some days they're not within the 10% range but the weekly avg will still work out. Which is what I mainly look at. Would love a protein average as well to help with less work on the coaches end. Thank you!

set custom calorie days
I can't believe the advanced nutrition coaching doesn't allow you to set custom high/low calorie and macro targets for certain days for clients. I don't think I would have purchased this if I knew that in advance. Is this feature going to be added?

Variable Calories
To be able to choose the macros without being limited to 20% , 30%, 40 %
And the option to have a slider or similar, that will move the calories within specific numbers, and option to have high carbs days, example training days.
Ex. 37% P , 36% C, 27 % F
The variable calories to be able to select days of the week as higher calories, and different days as lower calories, with weekly average the same.
Ex. Target 1600kcal avg
Mon-Fri 1400kcal
Sat-Sun 2100kcal13 votes -

The ability to see weekly averages for macros as well as fibre intake
Averages are important. Ones calories/macros may be low one day or higher another but a weekly average gives better data. As well as adding fibre intake. This allows us to know where many of their carbs are coming from

Ability to customize nutrition target buffer
It would be very helpful from a client compliance perspective to have the ability to provide a custom buffer for our client's nutrition targets.
For example, right now we can only select a buffer in 10% increments, and that buffer is for both above and below their nutrition targets.
However, many of us would love the ability to provide an under-only, over-only, or under/over buffer using specific percentages, as well as specific calorie and gram values for our client's calorie and macro targets respectively.
This could look like "100 calories under calorie goal" and "10g under OR over protein goal",…

Make the nutrition meals editable/customizeable.
With this feature, I would be able to use the photos and format of the meals you have built in the nutrition plan, however, I could edit them to change certain items in a recipe, like swap out regular toaster waffles for protein waffles and then edit the macronutrient/calorie profile accordingly. There are just certain items I would like to be able to have a bit more hands on suggestions for like particular brands of bread, certain "sugar free" condiments, etc. etc.

Allow multiple modes of nutrition tracking
Clients shouldn't have to choose between in-app tracking and myfitnesspal. I want to add my recipe library to the in-app tracking, and allow clients to add those while also adding their own meals via myfitnesspal if they so choose. OR - give an option to see "meal library" of all the meals I've added that they can draw inspiration from

DAILY CALORIE GOAL
I would like to be able to set a calorie goal based on the day of the week. Example - I like my clients to acheive a tighter calorie range Mon-Thur and then allow their Weekends (fri-sun) to go a bit higher to enable them to feel greater flexibility.

Importing recipes off the internet and having it calculate calories, protein, carbs and fat (myfitnesspal does this)
One nice benefit is being able to import or create a recipe you find and it calculates the calories and macros for that recipe for you to enter into your dairy.

Being able to enter and control Macros
I don't like that pre-made macro percentages. I would like the ability to input various macros for my clients. I always start macro tracking by first figuring protein intake and then build the other macros after that.

Nutrition Compliance Score
The client is on the nutrition plan but does not log in their macros. They hit the PLUS button and log the score answering the question: How well did you follow the nutrition plan today? They would themselves mark their nutrition compliance for a day. So then based on that, the coach can see (assuming the client is honest and precise-ish in their logs) that the client is not achieving their goals because of not following the plan (so it's not that the meal plan is not working, it's the fact that a busy client is not following it well…

A slide planner in the nutrition function
A slide planner to utilize for high/low intake or high/low carb days. Or if a client needs to allot higher calories for one day, but wants the week to be in compliance of their assigned intake goal. The slide would automatically adjust up or down depending on your selection and then divide the rest evenly among the other days. Or you can set days for higher/lower macros.
