We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Flodesk integration

    I would love to have native integrations to be able to send automatic messages when a new client purchases a program or is deactivated etc. I'm mostly looking at TrainerizePay integration with email. Right now, I have to use Kajabi and do several zaps using Zapier to first sell products over $1,000 (which are nearly all my products) and Kajabi has a native integration to connect to my email. If Trainerize Pay would ever accept payment over $1,000 USD I would definitely want the same type of email integration so that I can tag new customers and send them the…

  6. Make PAR-Q & Waiver process automatic so that PDFs are not being sent back and forth.

    Clients having to download PDF versions of the PAR-Q and Waivers is inefficient. They are not likely to actually download, print off, and scan these documents back. It would be AWESOME to make this forms similar to the consultation form- something they have to fill out as a part of their sign up process.

  8. change my fitness pal calendar

    The change to the calendars which is shows "4 meals" added instead of the calories from my fitness pal is the worst thing ever. Would love a change back. Makes it more time consuming for our coaches

  10. Link popular Sleep Tracking Apps such as Sleep Cycle

    Although there are already links via Apple Watch, Fitbit and Withings wearables, not everyone has these.

    However everyone can download apps such as the popular app Sleep Cycle.

    Could there be an integration where data from Sleep Cycle is brought across, showing things such as Sleep Quality %, number of hours in bed, vs number of hours asleep?

  18. Mute notification sound on desktop

    I have to mute the tab on my desktop which works but it’d be nice if there was the option to just turn off the messaging sound for client messages in my desktop so I could still hear videos they’re sending without anything else I’m doing constantly interrupted by message dings
