This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Having the ability to customize class visibility for different client groups

    It would be great if it would be possible to make different class bookings for different groups.
    So the different groups don't see classes from the other group and you can make special for every group you have.

  2. AI generated posts sending inappropriate messages

    Some of the automatic posts are inappropriate and not listed as a feature I can turn off. For example an AI generated post sent messages to my patients saying since you didn't respond, I guess we aren't a good fit! As if I am firing my patient! This needs to be fixed immediately. There is no way to turn off this feature under events. IT has already checked into it.

  3. Hide the name of the habit in auto-posts in groups/challenges

    Clients might not want others in the group or challenge to see what kind of habit they are performing. Instead of completely hiding all habit completed auto-posts, allow auto posts but hide the name of the habit as it's very individual thing per client.

  4. Sort messaged in group- seperate coach messages

    It would be great in the group message area to be able
    To seperate or flag the coaches messages for ease of finding each day rather than scrolling

  5. limit @everyone in groups

    Allow trainers to choose who can tag @everyone in groups. If one person abuses it it can ruin the user experience for everyone in the group when they are constantly getting notified.

  6. place to post links rather than files

    Rather than files clients often share links. It would be nice to have a way to organize and share these within group

  8. Have a seperate photo section in groups like files section

    It would be nice to have a photo grid within a photo section of groups, just as there is for PDF files. This way, clients can easily navigate back to photos shared in a group. Similar to whatsapp or facebook messenger.

  9. More text space for postings in groups

    These days we can only write very short group messages in group's...

    But if you need to explain something you need more text space in your message...

    Please give us the opportunity to write 1000 characters or more for one posting.

    Maybe a Go Live session like on Facebook will also a great feature

  10. Client Name and Anonymity in Groups

    Clients should be able to choose how much of their name is visible in a Group. Whether the system defaults to their just first name or they are able to change their screen name.

  12. Adding a client “tag” or a specific group to an appointment

    When creating a group appointment or online p.t. Session, instead of adding the clients individually by name, type in a specific tag or group to add individuals more quickly and to make sure no one is forgotten.

  13. GROUP CHAT FOR HIGH CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

    A group chat akin to discord or Telegram. A chat where all of our clients could motivate each other and see that they are in this together! This would be way better for client success and it’s way better than having a third-party handle team motivation. It keeps everything in one place so our clients feel like they’re in a community and a program that doesn’t take place on 18 different platforms. It also helps them to know that others endure the same struggles as their peers.

    You would also have less client cancellations as they see everyone else would…

    The ability to have multiple clients that train together in one session and enter their results on the same screen.
    Then I as a coach can enter all of their results at once instead of each individual entering results

  15. Turn off auto-posting to groups for some clients

    Rather than only being able to have auto-posts turned on or off, have the ability to turn it off for those who do not want that information being shared to the group, while leaving it on for others.

  16. Storage area in groups for videos

    Have a place in the group section where you can upload videos that are permanently and easly accessible. Similar to how you can upload files on the side.

  19. More admin controls over group messaging

    The ability to remove messages if they go against community guidelines: profanity, offensive, overly negative, scandalous pics, etc.

    Huge fear of mine as my community grows is someone posting something inappropriate and not having any control over removing/deleting it.

    Can we use custom images for the group icon. It would be perfect for branding. The selection of provided icon images isn’t extremely diverse. The ability to use our own images expands creativity
