We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Keep the desktop version

    With the desktop version you have the capacity to add attachments that are useful for your clients. It avoids having an entire new sequence, multiple places to send your clients to in order to get what they need for their coaching. I think removing this takes Trainerize away from being a holistic health platform. It used to be a point of difference and now other companies exceed Trainerize with the new update stating that desktop will go for clients.   4. Freestyle workouts feature accessible to selected clients only

    Some clients need less guidance than others: I would like to leave the "Freestyle workout" option ON, but just on selected clients, not on all. Any chance to make a selection/ customize that option?

  6. Allow clients view previously bought products and current products at the same time. Old products being inaccessible is not OK.

    All it would require is being able to click into old training plans. I don't understand why this feature isn't available.

    Imagine telling an in person client they can't view their old training programs.

    Could we have the addition of an 8 site skinfold as per the Internationally recognised standard by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry.

  8. More progress photo angles options or a custom option

    The ability to add more then the standard 3 photo angles. There is an Other option on the web interface but doesn't seem to work. If we can add a custom Photo Angle that would be great.

  9. A smaller "New Personal Best" image.

    The kettlebell/blue background image takes up way too much screen real estate before displaying the actual stats - over 3/4 of the screen!

    I had a client achieve 5 new personal bests, and when she tried to share it, there was only room for 3 of the exercises on the image.

    The welcome video engages the client and is designed to make a great first impact. As such, we want to take up the full screen of the phone so the client can really connect with the video of you.

    As such, horizontal videos will not be feasible.

  13. Mobile Friendly Website Template.

    The current template for trainerize.me is not mobile friendly. It's 2019, we should move to a mobile friendly template.

  14. Be able to schedule a rest day instead of just leaving the calendar blank

    It would be great to be able to give a rest day on the calendar because if I leave it blank people ask me if that was on purpose or what they should do. I can create a workout and label it rest day but this is a bit more time consuming.

    As Trainerize is a platform where you can scale your training and handle more clients, we believe that having the client contact the trainer each time to substitute an exercise when an equipment is busy at the gym is not very scalable.
