Under 'Activity': Add in "Boxing", "Martial Arts", "Kickboxing", "Tabata-Style Training", "HIIT" Training.
Under "Activity" button in the Calendar app, add in the above features and remove 'Table Tennis'.

QUICK copy+paste, quick edit within calendar
Quickly progress a client's workout by copying and pasting a workout (within calendar) and making a change. Currently, it's a long process to simply change one thing like increasing volume or intensity - you have to go into the training program, duplicate, rename it, and make the update to increase reps. This is too long for something so simple. Many clients do the same thing within a phase but increase volume or intensity each week.

For the ability to put different acute variable
I want to add RPE for my clients and a way to immediately add what intensity was used for equipment like resistance bands. Most rest timers won’t allow to go up and add notes and return.

Weight History
Availability to see history of each exercise weight used. It would be nice to see the complete history of weight used for each exercise vs just the last time it was logged directly in the workout

I would love if we could have 5 second rest option instead of 10 being the shortest amount of time!

Ability to easily edit, substitute or replace Trainerize exercises with my own.
Instead of having to create a new exercise for the exercise library, it would be nice if we could just substitute the video for one of the Trainerize exercises.
For example I have lots of clients doing squats right now with the original sites video, I would eventually like to replace that with a video of me doing them. I don't want to have 2 copies of the exercise.

Redo your Kettlebell videos
I've noticed that some of the kettlebell exercises (Kettlebell cleans in particular) in your video library are being improperly performed. Sometimes in a manner that if replicated by a client could cause injury. I know that I can make my own videos and do not need to use the ones provided. However, when providing exercise demonstrations as part of the service said exercises should be demonstrated properly. I feel that Trainerize has an obligation to provide correct exercise demonstrations and by not doing so it hurts your credibility as a "Fitness Platform".

Have a PR/PB tab
Have a menu button for personal records of any movement and make them searchable. I know that when a workout is currently programmed it shows the recent stats and best overall of the movement but there is not a way to search for a movement from a previous workout.
All my clients have said I wish I could just search a lift (I.E barbell bent-over row) and see what the most weight I have ever logged is. or have all the info of that exercise like a 3 rep max or most reps done in an unbroken set

Unilateral tracking
Have the option to track the left and right sides for unilateral exercises. Also, have the option to open more than one client at a time if you are doing group training.

Allow different rep ranges within the same exercises
Allow to edit a certain set within the exercise to change the rep range. This is quite annoying because i have to add the exercise twice to change the rep range.

Custom Exercise Measurements/Types
Right now we have a few exercise types to choose from. Example:
- Strength: track REPS and WEIGHT
- Endurance: track REPSBut what about when we need to track something else to see progress? Example, pseudo planche pushup. This is an exercise that is progressed by leaning further and further forward to increase resistance. So I would want to track REPS and INCHES.
Some other examples:
- incline pushups: track hand height from the ground.
- incline rows: track hand height from the ground or body angle.
- step up squats: track height of step

Add "Disc Golf" to the options for cardiovascular activity
Disc Golf is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. There is an estimated 8-12 million people globally that have played disc golf. I'm requesting that it be added as an option alongside golf, table tennis, and the other sporting activities listed.

Add "Rucking" to the list of cardiovascular activities
Rucking is becoming increasingly popular as a form of cardiovascular exercise. It would be great to see it added as an option to select for cardio.

Allow for distance customizations based on exercise rather than overall "preferred unit" selections that apply to all.
I think its common to track running in terms of miles. But if I prescribe rowing, its more of a standard to track that in terms of metres. I want to be able to choose the specific measurement standard on current and also custom exercises without it being an overall selection of my "preferred unit" (metric/imperial). Just let me choose the exact type of measurement for each exercise.

Notes for movements
in the section for scoring GPS movement assessments, there should be a section for each assessment to include freely taken notes
there should also be a section with every exercise in a given workout, for any given program, to freely take notes
This is on top of a whole separate note taking section to keep things organized for specific needs
