Want to track the workout exercises on Apple watch and sync back. Having the heart rate and estimated calories too

Yes! Fitbit integration is a good start. With both Fitbit and Apple Watch clients I would like to be able to see caloric expenditure to compliment viewing caloric intake via myfitnesspal. Resting heart rate, and ability to track heart rate zones during cardio as well of course.

I wear an apple watch during my workouts- it would be great if my heart rates were feeding trainerize-- right now the two are disconnected.
I would also love it if the trainerize data could feed over to both Apple Health and to MyFitnessPal. It seems to take data, but it doesn't share back the other way.

option to upload data straight from ios devices rather than having to manually add them in.
Also would be helpful to add instructions on the body stats to ensure clients know how to take measurements accurately. -

Allow users to upload activity data from their health app. Step count, walking distances, stair climbs etc.
