Need this added ASAP!
Genuinely the only thing this app is really missing, weekly check in eating nutrition/stress/sleep/training etc with the ability to leave comments

Yes, a form or check in feature to streamline things is a must. Everything is in a google drive and is hard to reference and send feedback.

Please add this feature ASAP!! Would be so helpful to have everything in one place! PLEASE!!!

It would be great to be able to customise our own check-in forms within the app so we can send them to clients each week and then store them within each clients account to keep data. Right now I am having to use google forms & I would rather be able to keep everything under one roof.

The ability to send easy to fill out daily sliders or tick boxes to clients for various questions such as rest & recovery, mood, energy, sleep quality etc. would be good to have it be customisable.
Slider could be a scale 1-5 or 1-10 or tick boxes with poor, good, great etc.
The ability to really track clients habits and goals and lifestyle better without having to send different forms.

I have a check-in form that I send out to clients every check-in day. I think it would be very helpful to have a custom recurring messaging feature in order to make check-ins a little easier. This way I do not miss anyone to message, it is efficient, etc.

The ability to manipulate forms to create check-in templates for clients to provide feedback on sessions and the week.

Yep. Desperately need a check in form feature. At the moment I'm having to send google forms and it seems clunky to have things in different places. Also super inconvenient for the client.
Form should have customisable fields.

Having customisable forms would be a game-changer! Having all client contact within the app would be so handy, and being able to chat to the client, see their form, and see their progress over time without having to go to email or Google Drive would be incredible.

This would definitely help. As a client to an online coach and as an online coach myself, having everything in one place is amazing. I think Check ins are an EXTREMELY important thing but having it separate can be a bit tedious!

This would be great to include things like weight, photos, measurements, digestion, sleep hours, sleep quality energy, mood, if they're on their menstrual cycle etc. It would be great for some of the clients answers to come up as line charts for certain metrics e.g. weight, mood on a scale of 1-10 etc. so that we can get a more visual report of their week.
Adding a stomach measurement could also be useful as waist isn't always the best indicator of progress and I find stomach drops quite a lot more.

We need this!! Currently using google forms for my check-ins and it gets so tedious. I’d love to keep track of all of this in the app.

I currently use typeform for a weekly report, would be great to have this option as well!

A way to customize a check-in form with questions for your clients to answer along with client check-in photos, weight, etc. This way clients can give more info in their checkin that details how their week went, any issues, or needs they may have.
