Schedule appointments with multiple clients for team, or small group training.

With the new Beta Appointments feature, it would be nice to add the ability to schedule appointments with multiple clients for the same day/time. Currently, you can only schedule one appointment with one client at a time. But if I want to schedule an appointment for 2 sisters who both train together at the same time with me, I can't add them both.

Perhaps another idea is to allow appointments to be scheduled for groups and not just individuals, so that if I have more than one person training with me at a particular time, I can see that reflected on my appointment.

    I 100% agree - I do semi-private / group training with my clients and find it frustrating that i can only add 1 client to an appointment.
    I want my clients to know when their PT sessions/Group Sessions have been organized each week.
    Please implement adding multiple clients to one booking

    I 100% agree with this and I even email trainerize about this as is super easy to implement. Since COVID hit we have online group classes and we want to add multiple clients with a click of a button to an appointment. We have over 200+ active clients in a specific group and it will be super difficult to add them one by one... I hope trainerize will do something for this.

    The appointment features is great - to make it actually useful:
    1. Allow scheduling of groups
    2. Sync with GoogleCal or iCal,etc. for both client and trianer
    3. Sync with Calendly or Appointy for availability for trainer

    Very nice idea! It would be great if, for example, trainers would be able to stack multiple appointments in the same time frame. Just like with the chat function, we should be able to select multiple clients for a Group Appointment.

    Make this with a confirmation message, as someone else suggested. Just to be sure you don't select multiple clients by mistake and send them Appointment notifications with no reason. Which would look quite unprofessional.

    I offer group based products and it'd be so cool if when scheduling clients in the calendar there can be more than once client per time block.

    at the very least allow for a trainer to have multiple appointments at once, now when I try to schedule another client for the same time it will not schedule it. I'm fine with a warning first to be sure, but allowing me to take more than one client at a time is essential for partner or small group training.

    this is a small group essential, the ability to add more than one name to an appointment. Or from the Master program calendar add an appointment.

    Yes I was coming to post this same suggestion.I'd like to be able to schedule group sessions for multiple people for specific group rather than choosing each client individually.

    Yes. I run a lot of small group sessions and at the moment I can't use the appointments section as I can't book everyone in for their time
