Track heart rate and calories for ALL activities
Some activities currently don’t track and log your heart rate and calories burned, but others do. This should be a feature for ALL the activities for accurate calorie counting and optimal fitness tracking workout to workout.

Provide a way to provide team chats for smaller group accountability where others can see food workouts etc.
The idea is to have small group accountability and facilitate conversations with people we enrolled etc.

Put both decimal AND fractional input as an entry option
When entering I only have option of decimal entry and that’s fine if using regular measurements, but if opposite of “.” you added “/“ that would enable either or. MyFitnessPal only does fractional which is annoying so I’m glad you added decimal

Have an option to show protein instead of calories
Calories are everywhere, but at a quick glance I care more about protein. The UI might get messy with both, so maybe it could be an account option to switch to showing protein in each ingredient and meal.

export my workouts tracked to Fitbit
When I track a workout within Trainerize, start the workout on my Fitbit or export the calories burnt to my Fitbit app.

Pre planning my workout
I'd like to be able to plan my workout before I hit Start. I spend time finding the substitutions I plan to do, but that counts as my workout time. Allow pre planning before starting the workout. Thanks!

For assisted exercises (e.g. machine assisted chin up) have the weight entered count as negative or potentially minus it off of body weight
When doing assisted exercises the higher the weight the easier the exercise but the app treats it as any other exercise. It would be nice if the app could minus the assisted weight from the body weight or just treats it as a negative to better show progress.

Comment possibility only for me (not visible for coach)
The possibility to add comments to a day, a workout etc. Just for me. Like a journaling function. Comments Not visibile for the coach

Keep videos muted
If I’m listening music on Spotify every time I open the training app to see a video of the exercise it lowers the volume of the music and I have to open Spotify again to bring the volume up. It would be nice if the videos are on mute by default since they don’t have any audio anyway.

Ability to increase the volume of music over the voice or the opposite. Better music
To be able to either increase the music or the voice during the workout. I enjoy the voice the first set but by the second set I prefer louder music and less talk.

Accommodate overnight schedule
I work overnights and my dinner is in the early mornings, sometimes as late/early as 7am. But the meal tracker assumes that my schedule starts over at midnight. But since meal tracking reflects my daily habits during my waking hours, there should be a way to accommodate for overnight schedules. In other words, my calorie and burn tracker should not reset at midnight, but when my Apple watch detects I go to sleep. So your day should be tied to you sleep schedule, not a standard day. And there should be a way to manually set this as sometimes one…

Self set active hours
Hydrocoach allows you to set your own active hours in which you're trying to achieve your goals. My active hours fluctuate and I often miss marking my trainerize goals because my day is not over yet. I would love to be able to set my own hours like I can in hydrocoach.

Enable to option to add a specific/bespoke exercise group or class i.e body pump/ combat/ spinning/ boot camp etc
