Personal Best
Be able to set personal best with the different phases of the program.
My trainer puts me through phases of training for a period of 4-5 weeks. I would like to set personal bests within each phase.7 votes -
You can't go back in the calendar further than a couple of weeks. I forgot to put in my body stats last month

Add body stats for women.
Women measure their body stats in different areas than men. It would be nice for women who train to have a woman graph with appropriate measuring stats.

Show All Emails
It would be great if you allow us to see all emails that are sent out by us. Right now, I'm only able to see an email I sent if it is responded to by my trainer. I would like to have records of the emails I send out, even if it is I responded to.

Allow us to add specific workouts. Like if we finished our leg day routine and wanted to add a little upper body we could do that. Maybe give us options to choose from a list of machines or workouts and then choose the number of sets and weight if appliacble.

A option to allow you to use other apps to track your outside running or swimming or cycling and it then pulling the stats into you daily workout and storing it

When you refresh the page it does not allow you go back further than 2 weeks

Ability to alter notifications. Either by a push notification or email, or both.
The default to send a notification, even though I receive emails as well, both of which go to my phone. The ability to turn one or both off would be beneficial and allows the ability to customize.

With the track feature, it would be nice to be able to enter seconds for planks and whatnot, and just reps for body weight exercises.
Not sure how to best enter reps for seconds-based exercises or weight exercises.

Be able to find other trainers who use this app.
The first trainer didn't workout for me, but I loved the app. Through a friend found another trainer who used your tool but it would have been awesome to have a list of trainers and their different area of expertise and strengths to pick from. Thanks!

Client forum to share successes and cheer eachother on.
Create a forum for trainers clients to share successes and cheer eachother on. The forum would only be visible to the trainer and his group of clients.

Care and motivate.
More sincere care, mental motivation and pushing from coach. We know that we have to do the work but to know someone is really tracking and watching and take accountability for coaching, make you want to work harder and achieveing your goals. To feel that the hard work that you put in according to your ability and lifestyle ( maybe cross boarder in Africa where it is challenging) is acknowledged.
