Adding exercises broken down by target body part
When adding additional exercises and reps, have an option to select particular body parts to focus on. From there have the exercises to select from!
Adding additional exercises when all of them show up can be intimidating and then I stick to the classics instead of branching out.10 votes -

Put active timers in the workout
There needs to be an active timer with the person demonstrating the movement at the same time. Especially for EMOM and AMRAP workouts

Separate timer for circuits
There's only a timer for rest periods. One for actual excersize for the circuits would be handy

the ability to see notes that you previously made.
So I am aware that you can make notes throughout the session. But I feel that you should be able to see these notes when you next use the same activity. You get the previous weights listed for when you have carried out an exercise in the past but I haven’t been able to find how to access the notes you make.
For example when opening an exercise say banded crab walk. “4.5kg resistance band used but doubled round”.
Or bench press. “Found it easier lifting feet in the air. This gave better back support”

Have tracking for skeletal muscle mass
Just like we can track body fat %, let us track muscle mass by weight on the app when weighing in.

More options when adding a workout under the activity section
To add an option when adding activity to be able to choose the activity for example: lower body or upper body

Allow for workout videos to have trainer voice cues only and integrate personal playlists from personal library
Allow for personal music integration. Cues only during workout video option rather than trainers music options or voice only the entire time.

Audio instructions for newer members who may not be sure if they understand the video without instructions.
I wish there was audio instructions as I don’t see well and am not always sure if I’m doing the exercises correctly if there are small movements. I was disappointed that there was no instructions.

Please improve the macro % donut chart
When I click on the calories info in the calendar, it opens the donut chart that displays the macro %’s. It would be helpful to see the grams and the calorie numbers along with the percentage. At the least, when you tough the chart on a particular field, you should see this data instead of just a repeat of the data already printed on the chart. It is meant to provide more info and not just the same info. If you are using Power BI this is simple to do. Let me know if you have any questions!

Load new programs before the morning they are to start.
When my trainer loads a new monthly program it doesn't show up until the Monday morning when it begins giving me no time to review it before I get to the gym. I would like to see it on Sunday so I can plan for the time I will need before I get to the gym.
