Have an option to start workouts on Sundays
Have an option to start workouts on Sundays. Right now it just starts on mondays I would like to start it on Sundays

Tracking workout completion
It would be better to set a goal completion slider to let us know how many workouts we have left for the day. This way we don’t have to scroll every-time to see the workouts left.
Also, a calendar to track our goals.

Be able to continue a workout on Apple Watch after accidentally pressing finish on the trainerize app
Sometimes I accidently finish a workout and then it stops my workout on Apple Watch. Trainerize will continue my workout but it does continue on the Apple

The timer shouldn’t stop if there’s no movement. Having to wake it up on my Apple Watch isn’t ideal in the middle of a timed exercise
Apple Watch timer shouldn’t go to sleep during a timed exercise. Not ideal to wake it up during a plank.

Allow screen shots of our own goals and workout stats.
Allow people to take screen shots of their individual goals, achievements, stats and workout routines. This way people will be able to share their successes and achievements with friends and family.

Progress tracking
I’d like a calendar or some form of graph tracking where I can see how many days I’ve hit my macros, over a certain period of time, without having to use the arrows to go backwards. I do not see anything like this in the app now.

When I’m on “Today” and click “add meal” who doesn’t it ask me “what meal” before going to food?
If I’m in the “today” screen and click “add meal” I go right to the list of food. No! I should be asked which meal I am adding first, and then taken to the food page. Now I have to hit “cancel” on the food page, and only then can I pick which meal I’m creating.

Exercise videos could have some posture tips, “things to watch out”, that could help us to do the exercises correctly.

Be able to import GTX class excercises from program
GTX programming is determined by central and used for classes. Rather than list a general cardio class, let us import the exercises for the day or add GTX to the list of available activities.

More Australian based items would be good

Be able to amend food items
Be able to amend items in the set food items ie die to allergy or not liking one particular part of that food itemS
Eg. Salon bagel - you may not have one of the items - or allergic to one item
At the moment you can’t edit those set food ideas.

Fix interface for adding meals to previous day
Either post the meal to the day I'm viewing when I click add meal, or change the time picker to a time and date picker. Currently I have to add the meal to today then copy it to the correct day (Android app)

Allow us to make changes to workouts before starting workout. Improve importing of data from Fitbit and My Fitness Pal
Allow excerise substitutions to be made prior to starting a programed workout.
