Be able to amend serving sizes per food
If we could be able be choose from the recipe guides from each month off the website/FB guides and slot them into the nutrition tracker it would make life so much easier. It was also be good to be able to amend servicing sizes that are pre loaded into the app (i.e.: change 1 tbsp to 0.5 tbsp etc)
So frustrating to have to go in and add every ingredient from a meal for the recipe guide when it could just be clicked and loaded into the app

Scheduling workouts for any day when overviewing it in workouts section.
Most of the time I am overviewing a lot of workouts that are posted every day and would like to save them in the calendar for later, but there is no option for it.

Create food tracking in App similar to MyFitnessPal
In App food tracker with extensive data base. Maybe partner with Myfitness Pal so all can be manage easily in one App for ease of use and less trouble tracking which reduces engagement.

ability for member to save freestyle workouts to use repeatedly
ability for member to create, rename, & save freestyle workouts in training app to use repeatedly (like how the workouts that the trainers program into the app are named and available in my workout tab so that it’s easy to add to calendar)
this would allow the member to create/use their own programming with greater ease.14 votes -
Streamline amd synchronize app & website info
Make the website & app show the SAME information. Ie. When my trainer puts notes in-app, they should also show on website.
When printing workout logs (yes the old school way on paper), it should show supersets, reps, previous weight used, etc.
There is a MASSIVE discrepancy between in-app data and website entry. Make them work together better.

Split a set
If you want to get your 10 reps but start too heavy or fatigue, it'd be good too be able to split that set, eg 6 reps at 10kg, 2 at 8kg, 2 at 6kg. At the minute, from what I've seen you can only add and entirely new set at the bottom of the whole session

Enable to option to add a specific/bespoke exercise group or class i.e body pump/ combat/ spinning/ boot camp etc

Reduce the nunber of clicks to enter bodyweight (or any metric).
To enter bodyweight, there are 5 clicks from the dashboard until you can enter data. When a user clicks the bodyweight tile, once they hit add, it should automatically populate today's date and the the cursor to the weight amount. This would be only 2 clicks to enter data.

Literally make your app the same as “strong” app. Make it an app that people want to use without their trainer making them.
This app is trash. Can’t put notes on exercises/sets. Can’t add a “drop set” etc. - this should be a feature considering the PT needs feedback.
Layout is terrible - only reason people use this app is because of their PT - make it an app people want to use even without a PT.5 votes -

I would just like the app to keep a record of the dates of your workouts with your personal trainer.

Look at My Plate App by live strong!
This My Plate app runs smoothly! Adapt food app in trainerize to visually be more user friendly. Add a place for keeping track of water.
Put visuals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, workout, weight and water on opening. The add a food seems clunky to start with. The food app in trainerize needs to flow more smoothly.3 votes -
Add a link to be able to see daily food intake macros by food
It would be helpful to be able to have a link to go to where you can see the macros for the daily food you eat so you can quickly see what specific foods you may need to add or reduce per fat, protein and/or carbs.

Provide data of Previous PB and a built in tab for food tracking rather than 2 apps
A way that it can pull through your PB on current programme for the following week/next time you complete that exercise. Although the sync with my fitness pal works great, it would be amazing to have a tab within the app for food tracking/diary instead. Also the links with food ideas are amazing and would be great to incorporate on to the app again instead of looking elsewhere. (As long as it didn’t impact the speed of the app)
