Include portion sizes on the menu
It would be very helpful to have portion sizes either on the menu or the recipe.

Set weight for next week
It would be great if I could put in what weight to start with the following week. As sometimes you might hit your benchmark but your form wasn’t good so want to stay on the same weight, or you smashed it and want to go up.

Reminders that remind you of actual appointments not just your workout .
I get a reminder, example," Remember to do 4 things today..."
But it doesn't include reminders that remind you of your actual appointments.
This would be nice.

Rest days
Within the 30x30 or 60x60 programs, give an option to add a rest day or an alternative schedule that allows for a rest day.

Bring back the shorter exercises please
These were absolutely amazing as a busy Mom and chronic illness sufferer. On the days I wasn’t able to do a longer workout due to crazy schedules or chronic pain the shorter ones were a wonderful, manageable alternative and I miss them.

Spin class
Virtual spin class offered any/every weekday at 9:45 or 10? I can’t make the super early ones and hardly ever see anyone scheduled for the noon ones. Childcare ends at noon so I can’t attend that one. I used to just ask the desk to play one if the room wasn’t being used, but I guess you can’t do that anymore.

Show total volume of each exercise as each set is logged so you can more easily chase progressive overload.
As you log each set and reps, it shows you the total volume. Eg 10x 100kg = 1000kg. Same again at set 2 would show 2000kg and so on for each set. If possible, also show the total volume logged from previous workout.
This would help chase progressive overload and beating volume PBs which is what most people want unless you're a powelifter!

Would love to be able be able to do a food diary as well as meal prep planning on the app.
Being able to create a meal diary that would also have the ability to coincide with meal prep from week to week. So let’s say I do a meal diary for like 2 weeks. I can see what things I need to change. Now this unlocks a meal prep planner. The meal prep planner suggest meals but also allows me to enter meals based on my goals. I can plan each meal for the week. From there track and see what meals I actually ate by checking them off which then would create a meal diary for that week.

Comment more than just numbers for weights (example: colour of mini-band). Allowing us to type whatever we want in the reps/weight section.
Under each exercise you can only submit a number. Being able to submit whatever we wanted would allow for more accurate notes. Mini-band colour for example. Or if using a combination of of weight and adding a band being able to note that somehow.

Sync Fix for App Data
The polling from Trainerize to the FitBit app for sleep is incorrect. The sleep reported from Trainerize is different (higher) than what FitBit is reporting. It's appears to be scaled or it's returning the decimal value of the minutes and not the actual minutes. I.e. 30 minutes = 0.5. So 6 hours & 30 minutes of sleep in FitBit is being translated to 6.50 and labeled as 6 hours 50 minutes. Or you know it could also be something else....

Please make food tracker faster
The food tracker is painfully slow in loading. That's my only complaint.

Have notes more visible from previous workouts. Example, when using bands - used blue band. Then able to be seen in next workout
