Pre planning my workout
I'd like to be able to plan my workout before I hit Start. I spend time finding the substitutions I plan to do, but that counts as my workout time. Allow pre planning before starting the workout. Thanks!

Show last highest weight for each exercise when looking at the workout ahead.

Put an preview photo in each workout
Put photos of the workouts to make it easier when i train to see the workout and do it faster and to not use much data put it as a pdf or as a photo beside the video better

Food Prep
I think that in addition to scheduling our habits (water intake, workouts, macros etc.) daily the client should be able to schedule food prep day. So that I can check it off and my trainer knows I have done it or that I am prioritizing it.

highlight allready done sets
once you hit the star on rest time between sets, the ste allready done, should change color, a lighter grey maybe or something that shows you in what set you are or witch one is next, sometimes i dont remeber of i just finish set 3 or 4 on longer sets excercises

Show max weight in addition to last weeks weight
Show max weight/ reps not just most recent. Would be helpful if your coming back from injury instead of having to click on an exercise

I’d take a pic of every meal I eat for easy addition for calories and recall of what I ate.
