Progrees update with numbers in daily nutrition goal
The progress update of daily nutrition goal is just a progress bar around the amount of nutrition which I need for the day.
Instead, you can also mention the amount of nutrition which has been taken in and how much is left.
For eg. I consume 80g of protein till afternoon. It should display as 80/176 along with the progress bar.
It becomes easier to track and feed on it.

Be able to view all completed/assigned workouts without having to scroll all they way back

Get rid of the overall workout rating
After completing a workout for the day, I am asked to rate the level of difficulty of the workout as a whole. It makes no sense to me to do this for the overall workout since some exercises within a workout will be harder or easier than others. Both my trainer and I have found zero value in the information. If some people like this feature, make it a setting that can be enabled or disabled.

Ability to move a planned workout from one day to another day.
My trainer adds workouts for me to complete on certain days. I would like the ability to move this planned workout to the day it is actually completed.

On generic selections add rep count and weight as sometimes this is applicable
Some exercises do not seem to have a selection made yet so the generic option is selected with details of what to do. It only allows input for cardio style info and not reps/weights. For instance, if we are doing leg lifts and rotations.

Allow notes from coach on meals to be viewed by client
When a coach comments on the food log from a specific day, the client should be able to view the day were commenting on. Otherwise what's the point. They can see our feedback from a specific day to know how to adjust.

Add BW as a weight option.
Timer for planks etc would be great - you have them for rests.

Please remove/turn off the audio in the videos.
The audio in the videos is irrelevant and distracting. Just loud ambient noise from gym. No instructions. So your video editor can just chose to export video only (no audio) and save data so the videos play better.

Just recommend having WiFi at your locates gyms..!!
Hard to use app if you don’t have WiFi.. I do at mine so I’m ok just relying this others..

Expand on activities. For example it would nice to be able to add and track aerobic classes too
More details to track for elliptical, similar to treadmill/walking.

Pre and post run quick add-ons to any workout
Options for quick pre-workout dynamic routine that can be added to any day’s workout; as well as some post run muscle TLC (tender loving care) routines, maybe some foam rolling or stretches.

Allow the calories burned input in activities be greater than 1000.
Currently when I try to input data manually for an activity (i.e. running), the calories maxes out at 999 because it only allows 3 digits. Often when running for 60+ minutes I burn over 1200-1400 calories but can’t put that info in as such
