We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to have a guided warm-up before or stretches cool down after

    It would be great if the app walked you through some stretches before and had a timer.

    Same for after the workout, some guided stretches

  3. PBs separate to current plan PBs

    Ability to view current training plan PBs separately to overall PBs.

  4. Allow trainer to add comments for each exercise. E.g. pull bar to collar bone, not chin.

    When the trainer creates a workout, allow them to add notes to help you achieve a better form when executing each exercise like keep elbows at side, pull bar to collar bone, not chin.

  5. Connect the workout portion to the my health app for iPhones to load workouts.

    I would love to be able to access the workouts that I have done and have been recorded in the health app on my iPhone. That records my workouts and runs and they would be super helpful.

  7. Option to use Vimeo for video links instead of youtube.

    Using Youtube allows for people to be able to just copy the link and save it, therefore they can steal your video links instead of paying for continued access to the content. Plus youtube plays ads during your videos. Vimeo links allow for the ability to keep your content private and doesnt play ads

  8. Can update equipment selected

    Can have the option to go back to update equipment available. I initially didn’t have equipment but now have access to gym equipment so would like to be able to update this option so to get more variety

  11. Coaching tips throughout the workout

    Reminders to keep your core engaged, put your shoulders down, don’t give up, notes about where you should be feeling the movement etc.

  12. Show the RPE history along with weight and reps for each exercise

    Varying weights and intensity is easier with the knowledge of your last RPEs for each previous weight/reps combination.

  13. Ability to link out to supplements or swag purchase

    I have an affiliate link for supplements and I also have my shopify shop that sells swag.

    I want my clients to be able to link out to them from within the app.

  15. Enter heart rate zones

    The ability to enter your current heart rate zones and then track them using the app so you can perform cardio and HIIT training programs. Heart rate zones are essential for cardio.

  16. Adding short term goals that resets daily, weekly or monthly to goals.

    Currently I have set a weight goal that will end once my client reach that weight. But to teach habits like 8 hr sleep, 8 cup of water, etc there should be a short term goal that resets on a daily basis.

  18. Have a spot to input heart rate into cardio exercises.

    Improving heart rate is a great measurement of overall fitness and also one of the better indicators of the intensity of your workout. Yes it would also be helpful for the strength workouts but it’s critical for cardio.

  19. Provide a web page interface for the VLT functionality.

    This would allow for a faster data entry interface. I am only suggesting a replication of the app interface to be presented in a browser experience, not necessarily additional functionality at this time.
