Allows users to download the workout routine made by trainers to save it for future reference as a file to computer/iPhone.

Multiple weights for set
Ability to log an additional weight for a set. To have the ability to add a second log for weight if it necessary through the set of reps.

Sync with Nutracheck App.
I use Nutracheck as it’s much easier and quicker to navigate and more accurate with weights etc.

The videos for the training exercises are kinda short I wish there was more examples on correct form of the workouts

Allow previous workouts to be visible
I’m not sure why there isn’t the ability to go back to a previous week or missed workout. If we pay for an 8 week it 16 week training plan, we should have access to the whole plan. We should be able to repeat it or move forward and backward. Not a one time use thing. That’s weird. I wouldn’t have purchased this plan if I knew that beforehand.

Sync w/fit index app
Fit index scales use Bluetooth to link to an app on your phone and give all measurements of your body, weight, body fat percentage, etc etc

Give the option to opt out of telling me how many workouts or Cardio I’ve done
At the end of each workout it counts up the number of completed sessions. Allow for that to be an option or reset. For instance I just started a second time after injury and it counts all my previous workouts from last year.

Move rest clock to top of screen. When you enter your reps and weight maybe it automatically starts timer
Timer gets hidden behind keyboard when I go to enter reps and weight sometimes causes me to forget to hit it. Would be nice if after you enter your set data the timer would start automatically as well.

Auto fill weight for all sets after entering weight for first set.
When entering weight for first set, it fills that weight for for sets 2, 3,...

Be able to access personal workouts off line with pbs and locally save progress until connection available
