Under body stats, indicate a number of inches lost (or gained) for each measurement.
It would be nice to indicate inches lost or gained on each body stat as well as an overall total.

Function to search a date so we could locate a specific date
It would be great if there were a way to search for a specific date that way we could easily locate the work out that we are looking for from the past. Currently from the iPhone app the only way to locate the workout from the past is to continually hit the "show earlier date" option. However that only takes you back one week at a time so if you were going to look back from a year ago you have to hit show earlier date 52 times !

Allow for time and distance for cardio
When entering running, I am only able to enter a set and weights. It would be beneficial to enter the time and distance covered instead so I could track if I ran faster than before.

Add a social aspect
To the app so friends could work out together even if in different placesAlso share goals and achievements
Not with all FB FRIENDS but with selected ones they choose to take this path with of dieting together or exercising together

Keep your email & password saved
Instead of typing in username and password every time you use the app, it would automatically remember your info.
Similar to how other Google Chrome or Apple Safari remembers your password when you're on the webpage, and when you land in the mobile app, it pulls up the password

make it possible to just autofill round 2 and 3 by just copying round 1. Like a button saying «copy reps weights to the next round».

Calendar transfer to Plan section
My trainer makes my schedule in my calendar where the plans show up. The problem is that they don't show up in the actual plan section. So if I wanted to do a work out from several weeks ago, I would have to scroll through my calendar instead of finding the work out on the plan section.

You enable a multiple check in option (counting the number of workouts you've done after checking one exercise is a bit much)
Tick multiple exercises and workouts completed for the day and week without it counting how many workouts you've done each time.

Allow flights as an option when entering stair climb workout
Currently miles is the only tracking item for stair climber. Being able to enter flights would match more of the machines I use.

Provide ability to enter workout data at the set and rounds level
Allow me to enter a total number of rounds to track an AMRAP workout without having to enter an individual number of reps & sets for each exercise.

Be able to add specific workouts besides the ones already listed such as les mills body combat or blogilates, etc.

It would be extremely useful if it would be possible to download videos. In my gym internet connection is awful.
