Add a catagory in search of favorites
When adding exercises it would be so much easier to choose from favorites things you do frequently rather than search the whole database every time

Add our own workouts and rest periods. Not overly user friendly. Needs to be adjusted.

Be able to search previous workouts by muscle group (I.e. not having to individually click through all previous weeks)
I wish there was a function where the trainer could easily input the focus area of the workout (ex. Legs, back, hiit, cardio acceleration, etc.) and I could search for all previous workout from that category. This way I could easily find an old workout that I’d like to repeat without having to click through the entire calendar to find it.

Have an “apply to all” feature when logging weights/reps
Allow us to apply the same weight/reps to all sets of the same exercise. Repetitive entering of the same weight/reps for 4-10 sets is irritating & time consuming.

Circuit training timer
Ever do a plyometric workout that your coach posted in the app but then you have to switch to use another app for a circuit training timer. Why not make it convenient and update the timer so its designed to be at 30 seconds for 10x with a 1 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down. Bouncing between apps its irritating when all you want to do is get your workout done. This timer would also be great during cardio sessions doing Interval training. Instead of watchingthe cardio machine you have a buzzer go off automatically. Makes things…

Access to more exercises.
You have a ton of great workouts in your library. However, I’d like to see more of a variety of workouts, including TRX cables, different “crawls”, more ab workout variations.

Randomize workout feature for interval training
Be able to categorize types of exercise so you can then randomize a workout so that you mix things up and don't get stagnant. For example, you could pull together an interval workout based on these categories and the app would just select a bunch of different exercises from these categories in a random but balanced order so you can do a complete, full body workout and just follow the exercises in the order the app prescribes without having to think about what your workout will have to look like on a given day.

Multiple exercises to one cardio workout
When I insert a cardio workout for the day, I’d like to be able to add multiple cardio exercises to the same workout instead of going cardio, add bike and then cardio, add elliptical. I end up labelling it under “workout” and it doesn’t give me an accurate representation of my cardio days.

Post the group workout schedule on then app
Post the group training workouts at Woodside on the app so that you can “check in” at one of those and have it count towards your goals.
