Allow for tracking of weights & reps for unilateral training
Example: if you building equal strength in right and left biceps, lat pull downs or with legs ( lunges). Have a way to track this for current and future workouts. Allowing one to reach their goal of lifting same weight & reps for each bicep/leg etc.

Be able to add extra sets on super set blocks
Sometimes I like to break up a longer set so I can increase my weight. But now I am not able to add what I did if it is a superset. Bring it back please!!!

Allow specify custom workout time after 10, eg 11, 12 etc. minutes.

Make it easier to add more sets in workouts
The old version made it easy to add sets to workouts.. The new version doesnt :(

Workout more sequenced
I would like the app to walk me through the workout. Timer to automatically come on between reps and sets. And the time should be customisable.

make the new save button smaller, it's in the way.
I always inadvertently hit the save button now that it's so large and tight to the exercises.

Improve the corrolation between the exercise name and its highlighted side bar number in a workout
The sidebar number doesn't get highlighted untill the exercise is on the very top of the page, and as a result the last 1 or 2 exercise numbers don't get highlighted when scrolling down through the work out.

Re-enable the old way for setting timer.
It was intuitive before to change the timer time. Now i can't find it.

Spare two taps per repetition! Allow editing values and timer button
I usually am editing the fields of weights and reps.
After each workout i have to tap away from the field (mistaping often to the execise description) and tap the timer button.
Or the other way around. Same when stoppuing the timer.

I older version were arrows to navigate between weights and repetition form fields.

why did you take away the notes feature on the phone app?????
why did you take away the notes feature on the phone app????? I was surprised to find that I can't leave my trainer detailed notes on the phone app. Thus, it is pretty much useless to me. I can't go back and edit or add addional info. Come on, folks, you took a big step backward...

Ability to Sync or at least Save data from Skulpt Aim
I use the Skulpt Aim with my clients and would love to be able to save their body fat and also MQ results from the Skulpt straight into this app. I'd even be happy to manually enter the MQ measurements just so I can track them.

App to suggest weight based on history increases as you do
Clear in subject.
Simply have an algorithm that helps suggest increases in weight based on history.

Put back the missing timer settings preset
In order to change the timer increment you need to get at the settings. In order to get the settings you actually have to first start the timer since the V3 update.
We need to be able to get at the settings independently without having to first actually start the timer

Get a more college budget friendly shopping list of foods
For those that don't have a full time job, the shopping list is quite intimidating. If you were able to devise a more budget friendly list would be awesome.
