Elliptical running tracking- how to in the YMCA tracker
Improve the cardio. tracking; it seems not possible to enter cardio activities like running without a tracking device

Organization
When doing a workout, the reps/sets should be expandable and color coded to make it a cleaner look. The reps should also match what the set reps are. Example, my trainer wants me to do 10-10-10-10 but the app on the right side shows me what I should be doing for 15-12-10-8. That’s not assistive during the workout. I need to know what I should be doing for reps of 10-10-10-10

Have an option to start workouts on Sundays. Right now it just starts on mondays I would like to start it on Sundays

Be able to import GTX class excercises from program
GTX programming is determined by central and used for classes. Rather than list a general cardio class, let us import the exercises for the day or add GTX to the list of available activities.

I think it would be beneficial to have an exclude option under the exercise filter.
I think it would be beneficial to have an exclude option under the exercise filter when creating workouts. This would be great for clients with injury or other restrictions. example they have a knee injury of the gym they attend does not have certain equipment it'd be nice to just exclude it from available options.

Add a drag and drop feature so foods can be moved from one meal to another.
Drag and drop feature will allow user to sort foods into meal categories at end of day.

Filter
There does nt seem to be much online where for people who have specific injuries there is a filter so replacement exercises can be provided. I m a medical practitioner with shoulder injuries so above shoulder lifting is a no no as it can aggravate rotator cuff. It would be great if you could filter programs or you put your injury in and it selects appropriate program. I’ve been looking for this everywhere!! Thx

Eliminate “Show More” Button
To get to videos toward bottom, you have to hit the “show more” button several times, which seems like a waste of time—could just load all the videos at once. Alternatively, group videos into categories so it would take just one click to get to where you want to go.

Remove option for the camera, and instead add photos for the food items
Meal tracking should not be as time-consuming! It would be much more efficient if we’re trying to track a meal, rather than have a Camera pop-up to take photos, instead have food pictures already integrated inside the app with the food items. This way, when you select a food item, it comes with a picture already. Kind of like my fitness pal and other mealTracking apps.

Famous workouts
The idea here is to feature the top body builders in the sport now or in the past. Ex. Arnold, Ronnie, CBum, etc. and feature their “shoulder workout” “leg workout” etc. Have these workouts within the system and create fun interactive challenges for people. If using a branded version of Trainerize; maybe have that branded app feature an Arnold workout and feature it within people’s programming. Have the main coach have the ability to add it in their clients weekly workout. For example, here’s your normal shoulder workout, or you can do this weeks pro featured workout, the Arnold’s Shoulder…

Accessibility
Entering stats is very challenging if you have visual impairment. Very hard to read or see where the numbers should be entered. Hard to figure out where this is entered when using desktop application.

announcement tone
Use a 3 second countdown tone to prepare the user the next exercise is coming up and change the tone from a soft hard to hear monotone pulse to a bell like in boxing. One rings for start, three rings for stop.

Add work schedule
Be able to add your work schedule so your trainer can see what days you might be working. Especially for rotation workers.
