For my workouts I track on my Fitbit to be added as workouts I have done.
The app allows you to sync up your fitness watch but it only takes your steps and sleep records. I would like it to also take my tracked workouts.

Countdown Clock
Have the countdown clock make noises when the countdown begins starting at 5 or 10 seconds. Currently it just dings when your rest period has expire

Allow workouts to be redone
Itd be nice to be able to copy and paste old workouts without losing all the data entered from the old workout, instead of having to manually input every workout every time.

Have timer buttons that can be quickly pressed for circuits
Currently when working on a circuit of 3-4 exercises that have to be done for 30, 45 or 60 secs each, the timer needs to be pressed, then the amount of time located and selected, creating a noticeable interruption in the circuit. This could be avoided by having a couple of buttons for selecting a time length and number of repeats (ex. 4 x 30s)

View the workout video through rounds
Would be good to seamlessly be able to work through the rounds with the visor trainer without having to stop to see how each set is done.

Please add Drew’s Back2Fit Stretches series to the list of workouts in the app, titled “Stretches.” I love how the workouts in the app sync with my Apple Watch. It’s also much more motivating to do since it’s guided and timed. This feature alone makes the subscription worth it. As beginners sometimes just doing the stretches is a workout in itself and even as we progress, would be great to track the stretches being done as well. Thanks!

Allow back and forth viewing of videos and other app info
The videos pause, but they don’t seem to let you go back to view the app. This is a little frustrating when trying to review my trainers work-out based notes.
