Allow minutes to be typed in as well, not just seconds
The current app only allows seconds to be typed in so I have to type in thousands of seconds for longer workouts. Please allow both minutes and seconds.

Add an framework that would allow a user to calculate the calories burned based on the Compendium of METs (2011)
This would allow activities such a long stretching session are employed in one's routine. Basically, you enter the activity from the Compendium and the other relevant data and the program calculates the kcals for you. Whereas you enter the other relevant data as to body weight, activity, time, etc,

Entering steps manually
I don't own a popular brand of smart watch or apple watch, so I can't connect to the app. Being able to log my daily steps in manually would be great information for my coach to see
