Replace items in meals
If i dont have something and i replace it. Example, the meal called for green beana but i had it with brocolli and spinich.

You need to re-layout the whole app. There are usability issues. Do a few interviews with users and watch them use the application.
A proper dashboard. A cleaner calendar. An easier way to add and edit food entries. Integrate AI to come up with food nutrients, calories, etc... For food not listed.

allow users to update gym routines prior to workout
allow users to update gym routines prior to workout.
I head to the gym by bus if I could select what I an going to use that aligns with what i'm going to be doing that day push, pull, or leg on my way there that would be great. I need my routines updated and there is no way of doing that beforehand. Instead of starting the routine to then add exercises in between sets thereby wasting more time cooling down whatever muscle group I am targeting making it harder to maintain heart rate.

There are a few activity platforms that connect but not Underarmour. I have to manually enter the activity at the conclusion of the session.

Customise home screen headers
The option to relocate displayed menu options on the home screen . For example instead of the default when I scroll down " Things to do today , virtual classes, in-person classes, my progress , my achievements " . I would like to customise navigation to be more "personally" efficient i.e my progress (I like to log my meals first and weight) things to do today , my achievements,and virt classes/in-person classes on the bottom (or even the option to hide it as I don't book classes,lone trainer)

adding exercise removes manual entries
After taking time to manually adjust my prescribed exercises - reps/weights - adding a new exercise removes all the previous entries causing me to re-enter. Terribly frustrating.

It would be great to see Indian food recipes added to the plans. Home cooked preferably. Kebabs if oven cooked/grilled use minimal oil so those could be great choices. How about chapatis?

I should be able to enter correct colorie count in custom meals. I am unable to enter calories in poins
When I enter the calorie count the app does not let me enter in points. Eg protein is 14.5 I can only enter 14 hope this is clear. Cause it messes my over all calories

More exercises for people with physical disabilities
Mayb put more upper & lower body workouts for people in wheelchairs or walking sticks & adapt them to the persons circumstances

Identify key exercise components
Instead of just a video, provide a bullet point list of key parts of an exercise (such as grip, depth, or other body position) to better activate the target muscle(s). This could also be used to identify modifications as the client needs

Monthly Recipes
I belong to another group for my workouts. I receive a monthly calendar of my daily routine along w recipes. These recipes come from the nutrition trainer or a few clients submissions. I get breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas along w smoothies. It's fabulous because I can print out or save in my monthly folder.

Live Activities for iPhones
Add Live Activities support for iPhones so that we can have resume on the Lock Screen of the workout we are doing at the moment and more importantly the TIMER running !

Ugly and cluttered
The color scheme is all over the place. The app opens to a To Do list. There should be a splash page where you choose which section of the app to navigate to.
