Copying workouts from weeks prior
Would like to be able to copy a workout from a month ago to current date. Can’t since it’s not in my plan & it’s a pain to have to manually enter a feee workout.

Allow tracking of weights and reps between sets or during rest times.
Once I finish a set, it would be great to be able to log reps real quick during the rest time. I can’t remember all the reps I did for each set of each exercise at the end of my workout.

Sync with fit bit heart rate to get real calorie burn
I use the mind and body app to book my exercise classes and have my Fitbit heart rate synced to this app. The mind and body app will automatically pull all readings from Fitbit. I get a more accurate calorie burn using this app. It would be great to do this here instead of having to update the info manually.

Add body stats for women.
Women measure their body stats in different areas than men. It would be nice for women who train to have a woman graph with appropriate measuring stats.

With the track feature, it would be nice to be able to enter seconds for planks and whatnot, and just reps for body weight exercises.
Not sure how to best enter reps for seconds-based exercises or weight exercises.

Add the ability to add a new workout from the app and mobile site.
Often I wish I could add a complete new workout while I'm on my way to the gym. And as I don't have my laptop with me it's not an option.

Recipe
I would love the opportunity for trainerize to allow us to customize recipes by putting all the Ingredients together from the recipe and being able to see the full breakdown calories and macros. THEN be able to select that recipe as a meal but select it as a portion for my calories for that day. For example make chili soup recipe and then scan all the ingredients that go in it. Now under my recipe tab is skinny chili soup. Then when i go to eat it i can click the full chili soup and say select the serving like…

Food search needs improving
The barcode scanner is very poor. Nutracheck and MFP is far superior. I'm only using this app as a coach requires me to and I'm hating it. I keep scanning barcodes and they aren't recognised so I'm having to manually input them. They are just generic foods from Aldi and Iceland. When you then manually input a good item you can't add all the nutritional info as it doesn't allow decimals either

Pause feature
There should also be a pause feature for workouts like there is for cardio

Apple Watch
Doesn’t always connect to Apple Watch! And if you accidentally cancel the work out when in the work out. The timer resets and won’t go back on the app like heart rate etc. Needs a bit better connection. Sometimes doesn’t connect to watch etc
