Have the Fitbit and coaching app sync automatically all day. Having to manually remember to sync is not user friendly.

Add feature to search by workout name within pre-loaded workouts from coaches instead of having to scroll through all of them.

Allow extra sets be able to be deleted
There’s been a few times I’ve accidentally added the add extra set button and then it won’t let me get rid of it so I just exit out of my entire workout and redo adding in all the weights for the other exercises so that I don’t have that extra set added in and it would be nice if I could just swipe to delete it when that button gets pushed. Also would be nice if the app could sync to my Bluetooth scale which uses an app called RENPHO.

Progrees update with numbers in daily nutrition goal
The progress update of daily nutrition goal is just a progress bar around the amount of nutrition which I need for the day.
Instead, you can also mention the amount of nutrition which has been taken in and how much is left.
For eg. I consume 80g of protein till afternoon. It should display as 80/176 along with the progress bar.
It becomes easier to track and feed on it.

Allow clients to submit training videos for trainer review
For custom training clients that are remote, it would be cool if the client could submit videos within the app for trainer review and feedback.
