Provide modifications / scaling options / easier regression for workouts
The ability to choose modified workouts for when you don't have access to gym equipment, or for certain injuries (like knee-friendly exercises, shoulder friendly, ankle friendly, etc.)

I'm not able to do regular push ups yet because of bad shoulders, regular sit ups because of a bad back, and burpees because of all the above. I would like to have suggestions to bring down the intensity of the exercises to my body level.

I agree! I have back pain from a car accident and I can’t perform all of the exercises given. Or provide a high, medium, and low alternative movement for each workout.

For more intense and less intense modifications and also for different equipment if they don’t have what’s listed.

Provide an alternative workout if the movement is too difficult for the individual. For example, if I cant do a push up, provide alternative for push up. Like a wall push up.

I have a garage gym that I used to use for crossfit style workouts before I started this. I would love to see subs and movement suggestions for at home and limited equipment / no globo gym style machines! I would love to see this within the app vs having to think of subs myself or having to get on Facebook to see if someone else asked. Thank you!!!

Yes, this exactly! I have physical limitations myself, so if the app had suggested alternative exercises that work the same muscle/muscle group OR actual modifications to the prescribed exercise, I’d not have to text my trainer mid workout nearly as much.

After you feel like you have maxed out on an exercise or cannot go up in weights due to a lack of weights at the gym, add a suggestion to increase the difficulty of the exercise

I am a beginner and a larger person who needs modifications on some of the body weight exercises. Having those in the app would help me greatly so I don’t have to stop what I’m doing and Google various ways to modify the movement

Yeah give modifications for people who may have limitations. Like you can do push ups on your knees. Or if this hurts your X try this modification. I can’t always do the exact exercise but not sure how to safely modify it.

I’d like if you offered different workouts that are modified just in case. Like having the actual workout and the modified form. For example, I have carpal tunnel so the mountain climbers can be difficult by the third day.

If unable to perform a designated exercise, suggests alternative exercises or progressions, regressions or scaled versions exercises to help enable you to do that exercise
