Samsung
Needs to be able to connect with Samsung health. My trainer does regular challenges with us including steps challenges and it is so frustrating I cannot easily sync my steps! Fix this please, it appears this is a problem you are well aware of so unsure why it is still not being addressed.

This most likely will never happen as they are most likely locked into Apple and Garmin. As Iove forward in my fitness journey I will leave my current trainer to find another who isn't tied to a loyalty branded tracker.
