Improve the UI before adding other features
I've seen several glitches (e.g. the same workout appearing twice on a single day, or workout summaries not being saved when you click one of the two "save" buttons) and navigational challenges (menus in several locations, the fact that there are two workout summary "save" buttons) that I'd want fixed before adding anything new!

Have time in between exercises if we are using the count down so that we can get into the next position
Have a timer in between the set timers that count down for you so that we don’t have to grab our phone to pause and restart between each exercise

Start supporting android phones. We're paying to use the app and it doesn't work correctly for us.
Correct the problems Android users have when we try to enter weights for lifts and use the timer. The app flips to an unrelated "personal best" screen so the weights have to be entered blind and the app manually flipped back to the program screen.

When the calendar auto populates, I would like to select another day.

I should be able to do additional activities I do such as bike ride, play volleyball, or basketball.

Ability to move a planned workout from one day to another day.
My trainer adds workouts for me to complete on certain days. I would like the ability to move this planned workout to the day it is actually completed.

Modify data entry
Have exercises and movements have memory with reps and weights So you don’t have to call bout then individually each time and provide real time historical data for the current workout

Allow users to download workouts
Allows users to download the workout routine made by trainers to save it for future reference as a file to computer/iPhone.

sync with BTWB - fitness logging application
Btwb users cannot show the workouts they completed for the day. Would help Food coach to see what / how much exercise completed in any given day.

Make it so u can enlarge the screen and be able to flip the screen when watching videos

Adding set / exercise shouldn't take me to the top
When I add a set or new exercise, the app scrills back to the top of the workout. It should stay at the same place i have just added.

Interval timer for activities like run/walk. Hive me notifications of when to walk or run so i I don't have to rub looking at the timer.
Give me audible notifications of when to run and walk so I don't have to run down the street looking at my phone. Same with timed activities like plank on both sides.

Add metrics for tracking training
There’s wall sits/pushups/mile walk ratings for what shape you are in in some of the on demand apps. It would be nice to add these as additional to scales and body physical metrics.
