Save a previous freestyle workout
We should be able to reuse previously made workouts

Don’t reset the start time and end times when I edit an exercise.
I’d like to see how long I worked out every day. But if go in to edit an exercise, my start time resets, showing I only worked out for 1 minute. That’s a problem

Possibility to track outdoor run distances, or Indoor run distances (treadmill) along with their times and paces.
Similar to “map my run” or “Nike run app”, allow us to click “start” when beginning a run, and this app track our stats such as distance, pace, time, etc. This would be for both indoor runs on a treadmill or outdoor runs.

In app food tracking/workout not existing in app
It would be nice to have it all in one app, not have to track food in my fitness pal then go check macros in trainerize cause the free mfp doesn’t show macros/goals with macros. Additionally, I may do workouts different than suggested in app but I want to add my own workouts (like my peloton rides).

Give 5 seconds to prepare for next exercise
With the timed workouts, it jumps right to the next exercise right after the one that you’re doing is finished. Giving just five seconds would allow you to get in position for the next exercise, rather than having you scramble to get in position.

Any idea why the app’s workout syncs to apple watch as “cross training” and how to change it to “traditional strength training”? Thanks!!

Show completed workouts
Show completed workouts with rating in library so if I were to retake a workout I would know (1) I’ve already done it before and (2) how hard I previously rated it. Would be helpful to keep track of my workout regimen too

Give all videos GIF thumbnails
While doing workouts, some exercises show a live snippet of the video and some are a stagnant image. Most workout apps have at least an animated figure doing the movement. Please don’t make us rely on our faulty memory for proper form. Every video should move while workout is in progress. Ideally giving an AB loop to the movement itself like a GIF.

I’d take a pic of every meal I eat for easy addition for calories and recall of what I ate.

Able to edit lifting program before starting it not just during the workout.
Ability to Substitute exercises prior to starting program so it’s already all set up when I want to start it

Be able to swap between being a client and a coach
Like on insta you can quickly swap accounts. You have to log out of your own trainerize to then log back into your coaching trainerize. Hard if you’re a coach but also a client to a coach who uses the same programme

Comment section on strength workouts
It would be helpful to have a comment section on strength exercises to give myself notes such as if I might want to try a heavier weight next time etc

add Ability to write notes into the programme that follow through and show up next time on that exercise.
Add a space for notes at the bottom of each exercise
