An indicator to know when walking time has been reached
Like a beep that goes off once walking or cardio time has been reached!

Allow for tracking dropset reps and weight in an exercise. Only space for one entry. Doesn't calculate total reps and weight accurately
When doing droosets within and exercise, there is no way to track the reps and weight of the droosets. This makes it difficult to track total reps and weight for the exercise

Can update equipment selected
Can have the option to go back to update equipment available. I initially didn’t have equipment but now have access to gym equipment so would like to be able to update this option so to get more variety

Auto fill weight for all sets after entering weight for first set.
When entering weight for first set, it fills that weight for for sets 2, 3,...
Then if needed, you can adjust the weight per set.m33 votes -
Allow the calories burned input in activities be greater than 1000.
Currently when I try to input data manually for an activity (i.e. running), the calories maxes out at 999 because it only allows 3 digits. Often when running for 60+ minutes I burn over 1200-1400 calories but can’t put that info in as such

Show prior rpe/percent from last time i did that movement
Show prior rpe/percentage from last workout so if the new work out week has like 3 x 10 @ 70%, i wanna know my last weeks rpe fo gauge weight to do for the next week.
Also if I am getting f prescripted a new rpe, I wanna do I need to up the weight

Totally redo the mobile user interface
The calendar is from the 1980’s. The color and size of font is ridiculously hard to see. Get rid of the difficulty meter and silly thumbs up. Make the app fun and easy to use, not just a sorry excuse for some computer program generated decades ago. There are aspects of the app that are beneficial but I certainly don’t enjoy using it.

For run days add the ability to change run/ walk times, and the ability to set distance

A field to note different equipment
Sometimes we use bands of various strengths that do not correspond to pounds or kilos... Banded exercises especially might benefit from this or a comment field next to the reps instead of a weight field for other slight equipment variations

Start the workout session and a timer starts
When the workout starts a timer starts and click is heard so that we can keep a track of the process

Edit past weight inputs in case of error
Allow the ability to edit previous weight inputs/max weight recorded. For instance I accidentally once put something like 1100kg for an exercise and it would be helpful to be able to change the max ever weight/ 5/10 rep max

Current workout days to top of page in Program section. Past workouts can drop to bottom
So my week 24 workouts are at top and all past ones drop to bottom

Show.comments from the last time you did that exercise for seat setting bar type or wt used
Add note for each exercise so can return to same seat setting or tube type of bar used or the last et isednor the type of cardio etc. and let the show up when you look at history on the exercise

Be able to see your organizations/teams weights and reps for inner team motivation
