Sync button to force sync with all connected apps.
Include a button that forces a sink with all connected applications. This would guarantee that all data is current and up-to-date at a point in time.

Have a progress comparison table (side by side) for measurements.
Have a comparison table located on the main screen that shows a side by side view of the progress a user has made in the body weight / composition & measurements screen. Or create a widget that shows progress in measurements.

Loop demo video until completed stats are entered, and then move to next exercise
Providing the exercise demo video as a loop, either for the duration intended or until user enters their completion stats (reps & weight) or “done” button, with an auto trigger to load the next exercise and begin that video. This would streamline the users experience and offer less breaks to figure out the next exercise.

I like seeing what days i logged in and the times that i did
I like being able to see what days I’ve been to the gym that month and what time that I checked in and out.

Remove the “@everyone” option in the chat! Or at least make it only available to trainers and admin.
Remove the “@everyone” option in the chat! Or at least make it only available to trainers and admin. I realized you can change the settings. I don’t want to miss notifications I need to see, but it’s driving me crazy to get notifications for someone just saying, “Hi @everyone” 17 times a day.

Rather than “General”, add more options for exercise tracking such as yoga, etc.

Full workout videos
Add actual full workout videos to follow with full reps and sets. It would make it easier (for me) to follow.

Don’t sync deleted meals from MFP
Tried re-syncing several times, but Trainerize pulls through ALL data from a given day in MyFitnessPal including any foods I’ve deleted due to miscalculations/duplicates etc. Please only pull through the completed or EOD diary.

Add int a check mark on completed exercises helps to easily start back without trying to remember where you left off

To track how you felt that day, what could have been better. What was great. How your eating was ect. Something to reflect on the day

Other options for adding workouts
Allow other types of workouts to be entered manually , not just the video workouts that trainer has uploaded. For example, I do a Beachbody workout every day in addition to what my trainer has me do in Trainerize.

Save your favourite workouts
Be able to “favourite” workouts. I use this for mobility exercises so having a place to store the best ones would be great!

Link to weight watchers scale app so that the weight, fat percentage, bmi, etc all syncs with trainerize.

Don’t reduce music volume to compensate for instruction.
My music is constantly quiet to compensate for the instruction. It’s frustrating to not be able to enjoy the music. Give the option for instruction.
