Ability to indicate single side or body weight exercises
Some exercises are reps only, pull-ups, or are single arm/leg such as flyers, presses or deadlifts. However the app records them as a regular exercise as one unit. Not everyone can perform exercise with same weight on both sides due to limitations

Have a quick access skip-to-exercise option on the edit page so I can quickly skip to exercises I’m entering info for
Instead of scrolling through all my exercises to find which one I need, or scrolling through set after set of already entered weights and sets, give me an option to click on a sidebar exercise routine and skip to that in my daily plan.

Little more time between each individual exercise
There is the countdown to each exercise in HIIT training, but maybe give a 5-8 second break between one officially ends and the next begins. For getting up from floor and moving to a different area or what have you.

Training sessions by Pt to be synced so when you’ve done a session it gets added to your personal tracker what you did etc
If I did a session then whatever training was done I could add that session to my personal account and it would store it rather than have to go through and input it my self all we would do is put in what weights we lifted

Dosta teretana nema wi fi a u Beogradu su mnoge u podrumima velikim i nemaju ni dometa i onda moram da screen shotujem pre nego sto udjem i kvari ceo smisao ove aplikacije. Napravi da mogu da oreuzmem ceo trening ore nego sto udjem u teretanu i da mi radi bez obzira na internet ili domet.

Create cardio intervals/ HR zone training, run sprint walk routines
More cardio workouts or heart rate interval so the timer can ask me to sprint or walk.
A running routing with a sprint walk run timer option can lock the phone and just follow audio.

A forum or message board rather than a live feed chat because with a lot of members it’s hard to follow

Able to scan in/track supplements you take and add to daily goals so you don’t miss any

Suggest "Most Used" Exercises for Uses
There are like 4 different names for a conventional squat in the app. If I type in "squat," I'd like to see my most used exercise so I can see what I did previously and plan accordingly. This would work so much nicer for the exercises I don't do every week but come back to every now and then but struggle to remember how I recorded in the app.

Also, have option of putting your own suggested weight increase for the next session.
Have notes viewable on same screen as workout plan, so can see tips tricks while doing exercises..can see everything instead of separate window and going back and fourth between screens

Add an option to toggle between the home and gym workout
When in the challenge, the default workout is set to gym. The process requires you to search the weeks workouts to grab the matching home workout and add it to your calendar. This also doesn’t allow you to remove the gym workout from the day’s cue. If a toggle was provided either on the specific day OR a preset default option, it would make the app more friendly. This can either be a toggle or a drop down pick

The start work out feature/follow along with the robot person is lacking
When you start a work out and follow along with the app, it doesn’t allow you to pause and go back to any exercise without essentially ending the work out and starting over. You should be able to pause and Go back to a specific work out or circuit to redo it or because you didn’t understand the move. You should be able to Skip a rep if you’re not able to physically complete it and move on to the next exercise or circuit. This should All be without ending and canceling the workout which is what it makes you…

I personally liked having a paper copy of my workout plan in a pdf
I liked having the pdf of my workouts and I was able to make a hard copy rather than trying to look at my phone during my workouts.
