Ability to save workout plans you create
Allow you to save custom workouts you create so you can just click back to them to redo them later on rather than having to recreate them every time/day.

Do not start workout in Apple Watch when starting workout in Trainerize.
When I begin a workout via the app (start now), it ends my workout in my Apple Watch. This is a problem because through the app, my watch doesn’t read my heart rate so data is entirely inaccurate. I’d prefer to start my workout on my watch separately than the app and then just have that workout data synced after the WO has been completed.

set start date for training programs
when training be able to set a start date/ reschedule exercises and not ***** up the rest of the schedule (so like push everything back or forward)

Able to edit lifting program before starting it not just during the workout.
Ability to Substitute exercises prior to starting program so it’s already all set up when I want to start it

Comment section on strength workouts
It would be helpful to have a comment section on strength exercises to give myself notes such as if I might want to try a heavier weight next time etc

It’d be great to have the fitness playground classes intergrated as workout options for easy tracking.

Be able to export workout to PDF
Be able to export your weekly workout plan to PDF to keep track of your progression and weight used on previous exercises. Compare progress photos with specific workout plans.

Show completed workouts
Show completed workouts with rating in library so if I were to retake a workout I would know (1) I’ve already done it before and (2) how hard I previously rated it. Would be helpful to keep track of my workout regimen too

Add the ability to start circuit timer from Apple Watch and display what exercise is next.
It takes too much time between exercises to pick up and put down the phone. Starting the timers should be done from the watch, and display which exercise is currently being performed (or next). Recording reps/lbs on the phone can be done during the test break between rounds.

This app totally needs a timer! It would make it perfect. I hate having to open a separate app for this.

Place to enter reps/weights during timed workouts
I can’t remember all my reps & weights to add after I complete the timed workout. Give me the option to enter as I go or give me the option to turned the timing mode OFF. If I don’t hit start now it won’t record heart rate, etc. I quit my last program because the last 2 workouts were timed. If I stop to enter my reps it thinks I’m quitting and ends the workout.

Showcase calories burned
When the Apple Watch is synced to the iOS app, it should show the calories burned or, even better, show the type of workout and how much active calories were burned and the have another widget with the total Calories burned that day.

Ability for user to add a video clip
I would like my remote trainer to be able to laugh at me while I flop around. Or as we will pretend, to watch and be able to critique my form Asynchronously to insure I am performing the exercises correctly.

Sync Apple watch end of workout
Since January 8th 2021 the app will not turn off at the end of the workout. Please get Apple to correct the problem.

Improve the timer function. I regularly tap the timer and it fails to start without me realizing it.

Allow to build and save a custom workout
I can add a freestyle day and build a workout but doesn't seem I can name that workout and save it to use other days. Also if I take a pre designed workout, it would be nice to be able to add something to it and have it permanently be part of that pre-designed workout for future days. As an example, I add 1000 meter row to the beginning of most workout days
