Sync more data with Apple Heath
I connected Apple Health to the app but it's not syncing data I have in there about body measurements like weight, body fat percentage, lean body mass, etc. even though that information can be entered on the app.

Easier way to enter reps when in interval-type workout
When in interval training, the client sees the counter for each exercise and cannot enter the number of reps performed before finishing the workout.
Before starting the interval workout, there are 2 options:
- enter stats
- start workout
Doesnt make a lot of sense to have to wait for the entire workout to be done to enter the stats...Should be done at the end of the exercise or at the rest time

Member can save workouts
Ability for a member to save their freestyle workouts as a name and copy and paste it to another day in the future

Overall time estimate for workouts and ability to pause/split workout
I’d love to see a time estimate at the top of each workout for planning purposes, and the ability to split sessions with trainer recommendations if we can do 20 mins in the morning and 30 in afternoon, for example. Or a pause and return if we need to interrupt a session mid-workout.

View all your recorded exercises / lifts & their PRs
I would like a place where I can see all lifts and their relevant PRs without having to be in a workout.
This would allow to easily review & plan workouts & be better there. This is also relevant where there are several interchangeable variants in Trainerize where one has a history & one doesn’t.18 votes -

Allow ratings for specific exercises
Just like how you can rate the whole workout at the end, a way to rate the difficulty of specific exercises or super sets so coaches can know if you have more difficulty doing certain movements or if you felt challenged by the weights used / amount of reps / etc

Flights of stairs or vertical distance for stairclimber
Normally for running or walking you track distance, calories, incline etc. but it needs to be more specific per exercise. For example, stair master. Should be number of flights vs distance and level vs incline.

Auto-fill reps and weight based on last workout
There is an existing idea of auto-filling reps and weight based on last set, but it should also be based on last workout. The logic should be:
Always auto-fill reps from proposed number in routine. If no proposed numbers then follow same logic as weight below.
Set 1 - auto-fill weight from last workout (if it exists)
Set 2 and more - auto-fill weight from last workout unless previous set is higher, in which case, auto-fill from previous setAlso, if textbox is auto-filled, number should disappear as soon as it is selected, because it means user wants to override…

Be able to copy previous freestyle workouts
I have to create all the details of a freestyle workout each time. It would be good to copy over a workout from a previous day and be able to edit that rather than create a new one from scratch each time

Showcase calories burned
When the Apple Watch is synced to the iOS app, it should show the calories burned or, even better, show the type of workout and how much active calories were burned and the have another widget with the total Calories burned that day.
