Star an on-demand workout as a favourite
I would like to be able to save a workout as a favorite, there’s no easy way to go back to a workout.

Drag and drop exercises
Ability to make exercise search easier. Separate by upper/lower/core and search should not be specific to name of stored exercises. Drag across to training plan and have multi-select option. Highlight duplicated exercises. I've added the same exercise twice as it's difficult to see the whole plan while creating it. Edit order of exercises on the training plan anytime, not just when saving them.

Auto populate weight and reps from last workout
It’d be awesome if when starting a exercise, that the weight and reps be auto populated from the last time that exercise was done. Especially when doing a routine where you’re doing the same exercises every week. Instead of having to put it in every time.

Ideas for substitute exercises
A list of alternate exercises that work the same muscle groups, if an exercise doesn't work on any given day (for example, if I'm traveling snd don't have my home equipment available)

Track heart rate and calories for ALL activities
Some activities currently don’t track and log your heart rate and calories burned, but others do. This should be a feature for ALL the activities for accurate calorie counting and optimal fitness tracking workout to workout.

Add gym classes that are specific to our gym - ex Les Mills, Body Pump, Alloy
I attend a lot of classes in my gym such as Cross Training or Body Pump. I burn a lot of calories but unfortunately I cannot show my real result and have to use a default workout which is nowhere near from being equivalent. LesMills classes are used all around the world, I think it would be very much appreciated.

Samsung health & provision for tracking calories when uploading food photos
Incorporate samsung health & apps like renpho for users that may not have a fitness watch etc. Also there should be provision for tracking calories of food when uploading food photos. Sleep data and steps can be linked via Samsung health.

The ability to save & Repeat Freestyle Workout
I would like the option of being able to save my freestyle workouts and repeating them as I see fit, instead of having to go in and make the same workout weekly.

Display rest times on Apple Watch during workouts.
Have the Apple Watch display the rest time countdown when rest period is activated on the phone.

Show completed workouts
Show completed workouts with rating in library so if I were to retake a workout I would know (1) I’ve already done it before and (2) how hard I previously rated it. Would be helpful to keep track of my workout regimen too

Show monthly view
Give users the ability to change the calendar from day to day view to month view like a standard calendar.

You include a feature that tracks your session volume (like train heroics) and then have the option to view weekly total volume
This tracking feature could be great for monitoring training load for total body, upper or lower body lifts to ensure enough effort and recovery is being given

Today so many person use that coros watch n app.. Maybe it can put on list for sync with this app

Set the days you want to workout versus rest days.
For 3 and 5 day workouts, allow the user to customize which days of each week are workout days. Such as M-W-F, or similar. This will help avoid pushing workouts out to the next day each day,

Member can save workouts
Ability for a member to save their freestyle workouts as a name and copy and paste it to another day in the future

Allow timed sets for an exercise (ie. 1 minute of planks or squats)
If an exercise is time based give me the option to enter time rather than defaulting to reps. For example, plank asks for reps but it makes more sense to enter that I did plank for 60 seconds.

Saving workouts to use again
Be able to save altered or newly created (by client) workouts so that they can be used any time.
