Me able to edit workouts or substitute exercises without “starting” the workout
Is nice to be able to plan your routine\workout the night before but to do that you have to start the workout (which starts timing) to be able to edit it e.g add remove exercises- then the document time it took to do the routine is wrong
Not sure if this is because my trainer has my workouts and not me

Make it so we can copy and paste a workout we have already done to a future day
Say on Tuesday I did a upper body work out that I really liked and wanted to do it again on Sunday, it would be much quicker to be able to copy the workout to another day - at the moment I believe you can only move it completely.

Choose the equipment for workout
It would be really effective if a particular workout plan enables us to choose from different equipments that could be used for the same. For example, how a particular move or exercise could be done with kettlebell/barbell/dumbbell etc., In that way people can always choose from what they have at home / gym.

If you add a set to a workout, you should be able to delete the line item.

Identify key muscle groups for each exercise
Include muscle groups the exercise is supposed to be hitting. For example, heel elevated goblet squats - quads. Or Bulgarian split squat - glutes and quads.

Allow to share a list of equipment I have to trainer
Have a place where we can list the items we have available in our home gym so our trainer knows what's available for use!

Ability to substitute exercise based on muscle group
Currently you are easily able to substitute an exercise based on the name of the exercise. Sometimes you want to change the exercise but still work the same muscle group. It would be nice if you could search exercises to change/add based on name of the exercise and/or muscle group you are wanting to focus on.

Yoga option
Would be nice to see yoga listed under the "activity" section

Allow exercise substitutions to stick permanently
If I substitute an exercise, it’s not just for that day, it’s for the duration of that split. But my subscriptions always disappear and the original move is back.
Allow the substitution to be permanent.

Pause workouts
Allow you to pause workouts for interruptions so you do not add more time on

View all your recorded exercises / lifts & their PRs
I would like a place where I can see all lifts and their relevant PRs without having to be in a workout.
This would allow to easily review & plan workouts & be better there. This is also relevant where there are several interchangeable variants in Trainerize where one has a history & one doesn’t.13 votes -
Add golf as a workout/activity
Add golf as one of the activities. It burns so many calories, especially if you walk the course!

Exercise
I wish there were just back exercises and a search bar in the workout area so we dont have to go through all

During rest period say what the next exercise is instead of when the timer starts.
If the workout is new and not sure what is next. Even though I look at the list before starting I don’t remember what’s next. This would eliminate having to keep looking at the phone to see what is next

Being able to pause a workout started and go to another one without it being deleted
Make the app capable of pausing workouts once started and be able to do a different one, and go back to the paused one to finish. Right now you either have to finish it, delete it, or leave it going and come back to it, but you don't have access to anything else in the app until it's completed or deleted. Thank you for listening.
