Allergies
Be able to set foods that are a no-go due to allergies/religion/etc so the trainer has visibility and suggest appropriate foods/meals

Search exercise by body section, or legs, arms, abs
Would be great to be able to search exercises via body part, ie legs, arms, abs. Sometimes you’re trying to substitute and find and exercise and so many exercises come up you just can’t go through it all, especially if you’re quickly trying to substitute something during a workout.
Also, if something is set up as a superset, when I substitute one exercises it copy’s across the whole superset, sometimes this isn’t useful.
Activity tracking from my Fitbit is really pretty average, or just comes

Add a comment to your day.
Key point to look back on for context or things to flag that day for your coach. Just one or two so to be able to track if you were away or ill rather than just on message

To be able to edit a work out after you save it if you make a mistake so it doesn’t effect your PBs

24 hour response
Can we get responses from someone within 24 hours as a rule of thumb? I like the app and workouts but I have been on since December 2nd 2023 and have only received automated messages.

I don’t cook! I’d like the opportunity to add each individual food item and have the app track that specific item. Total items at end
Individual food items should be able to be logged and tallied with calories and other information. This could be a better way to choose the best items for overall goals.

When I click on a notification, it should take me to that specific item so I know what’s being liked or commented on.

Workout timer
When the timer for timing a break between sets gets to 0 it reduces the sound volume of the music you’re listening to. Currently I have to stop the timer before it hits zero.

The ability to view your weight loss over time
Showing a line through the graph of your daily weight entires that more clearly shows your average trend so it’s easier to view your loss

At the end of six weeks, have the ability to automatically load the program again if one wishes to continue the exercises.

Calories should match product
Several products that I have used with the barcode. I have scanned the barcode. And the number of calories on the label do not match what shows up on the tracker. One item says it’s 15 cal on the label and it comes up zero on the tracker. Another item is off by 40 cal. This is important to someone who does count calories versus macros. Is there a way to just put my own calories in? So that I could at least add them and know the total per meal and at the end of the day? Thank you…

Caffine/coffee tracker
I would like to please have a small widget on the app where i can input data on how much caffine and at what time i've had it to compare with other days, it would be great if this feature was listed on a graph with individual buttons where i can see trends over days, months weeks and years, i would also like this to intergrate with the sleep function and workout portion so i can accurately track my preceieved effort with workout and the direct correlation to hr experienced throughout the workout, i would also like to have a…

Lots of sports are listed as activities you can add to a day but pickle ball is not on the list.
