calculator for weights , tap the plate sizes and it adds it up automatically
Weights calculator next to time interval. When I'm busting my ass I forget my math, it'd be convenient to have a calculator I can add up my weights and insert them into a weights field.

Convert the entered training info based on age/weight to show basic caloric output during session and maybe, for fun, how many pounds lifted
It would be cool to know how much I burn to be able to figure that into needed macros for the day during each session based on the info input during lift (fields filled in for program on app). And for fun, how much weight total lifted per session!

Integrate with RunKeeper
Would be nice to be able to transfer the tracked stats from runkeeper app to trainerize. Also to add workouts in to past days if you didn't have access to the phone during workout day.

Put the videos in a larger window.
On the mobile app, the videos are in a very small window making it difficult to see details. When you tap the videos to show them, they should open in a larger window so it's easier to see the details of how the trainer is performing the exercise.

Customise home screen
Be able to choose what you see on your home screen when you open app - eg for me, not have my weight be the first thing I see! It would also make showing it to friends without giving them all the gory details(!) to promote the app!

Alternative weight categories
Some machines at my gym have numeric values on the plates, not kg/lbs. The option to choose between weights and levels would provide more accurate data. When I'm lifting the 11th plate down, it's more than 11kg.

Alow the flexibility to group excersizes together in one workout
Sometimes my trainer wants me to group first three excersize in the work out together and do it as a circuit before Moving on to the next excersizes. I wish the time would allow me to group movements together instead of going through all movements 3x it makes it hard for me to enter my data cause I can't do it that way

Have the app tell me what workout day it is ( upper body, posterior, etc) so I don't have to click it and I always know what workout to do
It would be nice if my trainer could log in what days are what in trainerize so that if I forget what day I'm on or don't have my schedule I can easily look it up and know if I'm doing upper body, lower body, posterior or whatever it is.

Add search by location
Allow me to find gyms, health stores, etc. neat my current location. Very helpful for travellers.

Change the keypad to numbers
Change the default keyboard from the qwerty keyboard to the dialer keyboard so that it's quicker putting numbers in.

Allow payment once I've logged in
It seems weird that I have to log out to pay. As a user of the system, I would like to pay for services from Settings so that I don't have to log out and log in again.

Have a "screen lock" function
Have a simple screen lock with a slide bar to unlock. If I lock the iPhone screen normally I have to then unlock. Put in password. Open trainerize etc to enter data between sets.
I've used another app (pumpnlog) that has its own simple screen lock, so you only have to slide unlock it to enter the data, then toggle screen lock again.4 votes
