Have a section to fill in sets instead of filling them in separately
Example: 16x5 at 135lbs. Instead of filling in 16 separate boxes for reps just put in 16x5

Add a training calendar
Have a calendar similar to outlook that pops up with a notification “training session with (trainer’s name) today at 3pm” this will eliminate trainer’s having to text clients to remind them and also allow them to build a schedule on their end so they don’t get training schedules mixed up.

Add a feature that enabled user to write a short note about the weight, set or rep.

Be able to copy-paste exercises from one day to another.

Fit index scales use Bluetooth to link to an app on your phone and give all measurements of your body, weight, body fat percentage, etc etc

Have a spot to input heart rate into cardio exercises.
Improving heart rate is a great measurement of overall fitness and also one of the better indicators of the intensity of your workout. Yes it would also be helpful for the strength workouts but it’s critical for cardio.

Provide a web page interface for the VLT functionality.
This would allow for a faster data entry interface. I am only suggesting a replication of the app interface to be presented in a browser experience, not necessarily additional functionality at this time.

Create option to disable timer notifications.
I'd like to be able to just disable the timer push notifications when I allow the timer to run out while using the app. My options right now seem to be all notifications or none.

Manually input reps and weight vocally
Instead of manually inputting reps and how many pounds, add a feature when you able to do it by voice activation
