To enable an option to add more workouts which are not even mentioned in your lists of total workouts.
I want to add some more workouts to my schedule like tuck planche, tuck liver, handstand push ups , l-sit, and many other core compression drills.

Allow edits across multiple days off freestyle workouts.
When you createa freestyle workout and set it to repeat, you should have the option of an edit to that workout applying to all instances of that workout.

Adding exercises broken down by target body part
When adding additional exercises and reps, have an option to select particular body parts to focus on. From there have the exercises to select from!
Adding additional exercises when all of them show up can be intimidating and then I stick to the classics instead of branching out.9 votes -
Walk backlog
Allow to backlog walks and such with an average calorie count based on slow, medium and excited pace ane the calculation could be done as body stats are already logged in

No time to set before each exercise
There's no time between each exercise
For example if I'm doing bench press off the floor, I immediately have to get up to do lateral raises and then I've lost 3-5 seconds of that next exercise. When you're trying to achieve most in every exercise, when you try to swap it doesn't give you the seconds you need. So I have to keep pausing then resetting that next drill.6 votes -

Review max weight
I am trying to find my max weight on a previous exercise but can’t search for anything, it would be great if I could just for an exercise to review previous progress.

Mix Rep and Timed exercises within a guided workout.
One workout should guide you through both timed and rep exercises. For rep exercises, wait until the user clicks next to proceed. Timed work as they do now. The app is essentially useless without this enhancement.

Make it a one click add option for exercise videos listed on the main lifetime app
Please add a button to record exercise when user is doing a lifetime app exercise video (Shred, Flow, Cardio boxing, Barre, etc). This will sync exercise to app and record time/type of exercise. Thanks

Allow to sync with east diet diary so trainer can work easier with dietitian

Choose sets for exercise/erase set
Allow the user to choose how many sets of an exercise when adding it. Also allow the user to delete an exercise or set.

Being able to add rollerblading would be awesome! Right now I either know how far I’ve gone or just calories.

Computer access!
Let me access all the info online so I don’t have to borrow someone else’s smartphone to access everything, please. I know im a tiny minority, but it would be great to be able to log more regularly for the bonus items my nutrition coach added for me! At least I can get the meal plans and videos and stuff online!
