Have an option to 'track' your ICE session with a timer. Set for 20min that beeps at ever interval with a count down 5,4,3,2,1 BEEP.

Allow custom workouts and to attach videos of movements
I use muscle snatch and snatch balance movements in my workout. I can't load that from your choices of exercises. Allow me to attach my own video or a YouTube like that shows the movement I completed

Give the option to hide all past workouts
Give the option to show only the workout for the day to the client and hide all the past workouts.

Show last performance on exercise
Show performance on cardio for last session. Now guessing how much I have to do to meet last session and without that information end up sometimes with the annoying "stay consistent"

An indicator to move the weight up
When you perform an exercise and you use the weight and meet the rep pattern with weight. An indication of some type for the next time you perform the exercise to increase the weight / resistantance.

Reset button
Be able to reset workouts from dash. I have that I've completed 155 cardio session but I just started tracking again 2 weeks ago. So it's not accurate for motivational purposes. Also it would be nice to track cardio sessions weekly, monthly. From the dash snapshot . Not just from the beginning of when I started using app.

Ability to be able to track an exercise without checking in
My trainer hasn't set up my workout yet as I just signed up. I went walking today with my Fitbit and synced my Fitbit but I could not see my Fitbit data within the app because I wanted to share it with my trainer. Not sure what the purpose of syncing with the Fitbit if I can't see it in the app somewhere. I want to be able to add and track an exercise so that if it's a different exercise I've modified from what my trainer provided, I can still log it.
Also, I am a enterprise user experience…

To be able to print the workout plan without video icons (adds two sheets of paper)
I like seeing the Instructions along with the Tracking Sheet, but since video doesn't play on the printed page, having two pages of screens shots between the Instructions and the Tracking Sheet is kind of worthless and wasteful

Allow me to check in when I log my workout instead of having to check in first then begin tracking the workout.
I wish it would check in automatically when I start tracking the workout. It is annoying to have to check in first then go back in and start tracking the workout.

Make a spot to input elevation gain/loss and total elevation gain, for both running and cycling. People do run/ride outside.
Inputs for incline in the running page and resistance on the cycling page are fine, for those running on treadmills and riding stationary bikes, but there is no way to track elevation gains for hill workouts outside.
