Allow previous workouts to be visible
I’m not sure why there isn’t the ability to go back to a previous week or missed workout. If we pay for an 8 week it 16 week training plan, we should have access to the whole plan. We should be able to repeat it or move forward and backward. Not a one time use thing. That’s weird. I wouldn’t have purchased this plan if I knew that beforehand.

Move the stop watch
I like how you had the stop watch positioned on the bottom right corner before away from any other option. I find myself hitting the comment button at times I stead of the watch. I also like the idea of saving as you go. Its happened to me once to where I got out of the entire thing by accident and lost my entire workout.

More women trainers in exercise videos
I would like to see some diversity. My clients are women and it’s intimidating to only see men doing the example exercises. I plan on submitting my own videos but not all trainers have the video equipment available to them.

Add option to input reps on timed exercises immediately
When doing timed exercises, it would be nice to add your rep count immediately or during the short “break time” to the next exercise. After 3 rounds of 4 exercises, I can’t remember how many reps I did on the first round.

Change completion from percentage to number of
Instead of completion listed as percent under goals, change to # of. Scrolling to 33% is not user friendly if completed 3/3 workouts for week. My clients thought it was odd.

Exercise grouping. Add exercises as a group like cheat, arm, back, legs, shoulder and also belly fat burning, muscle mass increasing etc...

Show macro goals in grams in the dashboard
Currently, if I set a protein goal do clients in grams, it only shows it as a % on their dashboard and people keep asking me about this. Please add this to the dashboard!

Add the option to record the weather during outdoor exercises like walking and running.
I run regularly and would like to be able to track the weather and outdoor temperature at the time of running so that I can determine the extent to which it affects my running time.

Body weight button
Body weight button you can choose while doing certain exversises like Chin up. Hit body weight button and app pre poppulates your last recorded weight

Have different weight fields for body weight exercises
Different data entry for weight on body weight exercises. OK for kettle bells and dumb bells, etc.....

Negative numbers for weight
Some machine provide weight assistance which would be entered as a negative number.
