Apple Watch sync
When I start activity with app, it automatically runs the same activity on Apple Watch. But when I stop it on phone my watch doesn't stop tracking.

Recipe Prompt
When we add a recipe to our meals we should be able to click on it to bring up said recipe instead of just the image of the meal showing up. This will help in not having to search out the recipe when we want to make it

Have logged food show macros/micros under apple health data
when logging your food in the trainerize app, it would be nice if the macros and micro nutrients would show up under Apple health. Syncing under apple health these nutrients and macros would bring the data together for doctors to see when you sync apple health to doctor/hospital apps.

Avoid back button jumping 2x steps
When you hit back it doesn’t go back to the beginning of the exercise but also to the beginning of the rest period before that which seems very counterintuitive. If I wanted to go back twice (rarer use case) I would just hit the button twice. This would avoid me having to hit back and then next to go to the beginning of the exercise (which happens often) thanks

I think it should have its own nutritional tracker or pull in all the info from MFP

Fix the substitution recommendations!
Currently the substitution recommendations for exercises just show options with similar words, not necessarily alternative options to target that muscle group. This needs improvement so it’s easy to find an appropriate alternative exercise.

Connect to the OHealth App
I have the one plus 2r watch and it connects to the OHealth app on my phone. Would be more convenient if that just synced to the app.

If I add an exercise to my program, I would like it to stay. I would also like to create my own program and not only have to have them created by a trainer.

Adding comments on meals.
When using suggested meals, I can't add modifications I made. It's either I create one from 0 or I select a pre-entered meal

For exercises that accept a minutes/seconds value, add a stopwatch directly at the exercise, which stores the time of the exercise.
For exercises that accept a minutes/seconds value, one must enter the time manually in the app. E.g. using the stopwatch at the top button bar.
Better: add a stopwatch directly at the exercise, which stores the time directly in the time field of the exercise.

Add the ability to attach a picture to workouts/activities.
I take pictures of a white board where my workout of the day is written. It would be nice to be able to attach this image when I leave a comment on a workout activity ive logged.
