Adjustable Timer, Pause Button and Notes
Adjustable timers for workouts that require intervals but don’t have the timer set, ie the default timer is usually like 60 seconds. Would be nice to have more functionality with the timer
Pause button so if you’re doing a circuit and need to reference the video, you can without having to end or save your workout and start over.
Notes for each lift, let’s say a machine is different, or you hurt yourself and did less that day. Would be helpful for reference for future workouts. Great example would be tricep pulldowns and how some machines have a double pulley…

Make check in a check in not that you finished
Make check in that you checked in and have it go through each work out and there should be a finished button and still a track button but it also times you when you check in (a little like the Nike training app)

Be able to access you previous best more easily
I would like to be able to search an exercise and pull up what my previous weight and reps were with out having to add the exercise to my calendar.

Integrate with Under Armour Record for workout entry in one place
Integrate data across applications so that workouts, calorie burn, etc will reflect on other platforms.

Have a free text field by the excercises.
It would be great to add comments to an excercise. For example a point to remember while doing the excercise.

Be able to have two workout plans loaded
I had a workout plan loaded and my
Coach loaded an upcoming plan which then removed existing plan. Would be great to be able to have multiple workout plans loaded3 votes -

App always times out on Apple drives me nuts I have to go back in and wait for it to load data!

Make it so we don't have to close the messenger tab and reopen it to see the new message that comes in. Your ap ks VERY buggy. Bad.
Your app is very buggy. It no longer notifies me when my trainer sends me a message either. I have reinstalled it and still, nothing. Plus, videos only sometimes load and take 30 seconds to show.

View predicted rep maxes up to 12RM based on previous sets/reps/weight
This would allow you to accurately predict what your rep maxes would be based on previous workouts up to 12RM, using formulas created by Baechle, Bryzcki...

Allow me to see more than one workout plan at a time so I can prep for the new workouts coming up
When I am near the end of a current workout plan, I would like to be able to see what is coming up next in the new workout plan so I can educate myself on moves I haven’t seen before.

Auto populate weight and reps from last workout
It’d be awesome if when starting a exercise, that the weight and reps be auto populated from the last time that exercise was done. Especially when doing a routine where you’re doing the same exercises every week. Instead of having to put it in every time.
