Give trainers ability to color code exercises that are placed directly in regular routine
My trainer will put substitutions right in my workout. My workout gets muddled that way, but would be easier to go through if the subs were a different color, allowing client to skip over it if it's not needed that day. Also, good for when a trainer wants to place optional exercises for days when a client wants to go harder. Color coding required, optional, and subs would make everything more organized.

Add description to the “live” video workouts
Include what body parts will be worked during the video and what exercises will be performed.

Ability to add in your own workout or scan QR code
More machines need to be added or have the ability to type in or scan qr if machine is not available such as the iso low lateral row and high lateral row, torso rotation, the incline and decline plated chess press machines etc

Add control over motivational features in settings
Would be great to hire the badges etc plus the ‘great keep it up’ screens that require an extra keystroke to kill. Many of us are motivated enough by marking planned sessions as complete and watching our KPIs

Add a function into the diary maybe where you can put notes in on a certain day that you and your trainer can see

A gif
A gif that shows the basic movement. Also allow for the timer to continue even when I put my phone to sleep. Also let my Apple Watch heart rate monitor apply to the app. All I want to see on my heart rate monitor is to see if I’m in the right zone. Music and the resting time that’s it. Keep it simple but motivational that your heart rate is in the right zone to keep pushing.

Bring back the timer sound please
All of a sudden my timer has stopped making the ping sound and only causes a small vibrate. I’ve checked my settings and turned on the ringer on my phone (iPhone) and it still won’t sound.
I like having the sound on so I can get under the bar and hear the stop during intervals.

Adjust the order of exercises assigned by trainer
Sometimes a coach will recommend a change in order to exercisers in an assigned workout but forgets to rearrange it for you. It would be nice to be able to just rearrange the exercises through the app.

All training programs run like a video
Not all trainings run like a regular class only some do. And you have to stop and check the exercide put the info in and then continue. When is a full class video you only watch and follow.

Track steps and lenght of exercise from app
I would love if the app could track steps and lenght of exercise automatically. I don't like the exercise part of the app so far. It feels unreliable compared to the Fitbit apo. And Q Sciences can't have that, right??

Body weight workouts for people who don’t have access to any equipment
I think it would be cool if each exercise had an alternate for body weight. Or if there were just full workouts that were body weight only. At this point, I don’t have any equipment or access to equipment so it would be nice to have that option, IMO.
